My friend paid for the rental because I forgot my credit card and then I went back up there and switched out her card for my card and removed her from the reservation. I did not want her card being charged. She was charged 1 cent and I was told her card was removed and they charged this to remove the original hold. I was assured when I dropped the car back off that it was my card being charged. Nevertheless, my friend called me and she was charged. I wasted my time going all the way back up there the day of the rental pick up for nothing since this happened. Very disappointed.Reviewed Feb 14 2025
