The order was placed through your platform with Europcar, in reality it was with FOX, which excluded themselves from any and all other arrangements. They could tell me if insurance was added to the rental. And after I had discovered that it in fact was not added, it could not be added later on. I was not given a code for entering garage.l when was getting car in Zurich. Instead, I was given a phone number to call. This number was not responding. As the result I have missed my private excursion in Basel. I was lucky that someone else was also returning car and had a garage code.
