The service was excellent, except for the illogical and completely incomprehensible requirement that the Kasko insurance amount was 1.5 times higher than the car rental cost. We arrived at the counter to be told there was a booking, however they have no car for us and that Kayak keep issue cars when they don't have available. No communication was given advising us on this. Absolutely terrible service. Will never use Kayak or Europcar again. Luckily we were able to arrange a car from another provider.Reviewed Mar 9 2026
