Book Fox car rentals in Orlando

• What are the best pickup locations for Fox car rentals in Orlando?

Since so many people make their way to Orlando by plane, one of the best pickup locations for Fox car rentals is at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Once you arrive at the airport, you should head to Level 1 ground transportation on either the A or B side. Outside you will find convenient Fox rental car shuttle service at spaces 11, 12, or 13 on both the A and B sides.

• What are some of the best places to park my rental for free while I am in Orlando?

While most spots on streets in Orlando have meters, you can park there for free on Sundays. As you travel outside of the downtown area, you will find ample free parking, and most of the major theme parks and resorts also offer free parking for visitors. When you search in the downtown area at the intersection of Interstate 4 and Highway 408, you will find several parking garages that do also offer free parking, including several on the west side of Interstate 4.

• How long will it take me to drive from the airport to the theme parks, and are there times of day that are better to make the drive?

To get to a place like Walt Disney World from the airport, you should plan on a drive time of around 30 min. Of course, like most major cities in the United States, you will find more traffic during morning and evening rush hour times, so your drive time then will be substantially longer. If you can travel to the resort on weekdays as opposed to weekends or holidays, you will also find much less traffic.

They charged me $50 extra at the end when I returned the car. There was no mention of these added surcharges, when I rented the car from them.Reviewed May 27 2026

The card itself was nice and ran very well. The check-in process took a while due to only having two people working at that time. However, the biggest issue was the shuttle to and from the Car Rental Place . It took forever.Reviewed Oct 17 2025

Staff was actually friendly and efficient this time. We often hesitate to rent from Fox because they have some of the slowest staff, but this time was quite quick. We got a GREAT value for our SUV and paid less than half what we would have paid from another agency. The car was clean and in great working order.Reviewed Aug 29 2024

I never made it to the reservation counter to pick up my car. The Fox car rental location was offsite and not at the airport. After waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, it never arrived. I had to order another car last minute from a competing rental car distributor that was on-site at the airport.Reviewed Aug 5 2024

I was charged for gas when I brought it back full. The pick up was late and I wanted a late delivery but I was charged. They tried to give me a lessor vehicle when I arrived and I had to fight to just get an equivalent to what I ordered rather than a smaller vehicle. The attendee tried to sell us a private deal so I suspect you already know that your staff also work for themselves. This has really left a bad taste with me. I would be glad to share my gas receipts less than a mile from the drop off. Never again Fox and I will share my story with others.Reviewed Jul 9 2024
