Pros (+) Beds were wonderful, with pretty bedding and comfortable mattress. Most hotel guest service reps were friendly and hospitable.

Pros (+) Generally speaking, everything was great. The room was modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) When we were attempting to check in, the front desk was having an issue with a rather unpleasant and annoying group of young women who were giving them quite a hard time. However, at one point they had all three of the front desk people dealing with this issue and nobody assisting the queue of people who were waiting for assistance. It would have...

It was great to be able to valet the car (for one of the cheaper valet rates in the city) and just walk everywhere. The complementary breakfast each morning was good, nothing exceptional but enough to get us going. The staff were great and helpful with recommendations and making us comfortable. The room was comfo...

Not a faint smell but very strong and over powering and, frankly, incredibly off putting smell. I went to the front desk and the night desk man seemed aware of the issue and the solution was for someone to come up to my room with a bottle of febreeze. For a n...
