The hotel is ok but use a lil tlc as for the staff a gaggle of libtard misfits who treat people who are unlike themselves w contempt an sheer rudeness.. sorry for being a heterosexual white man again.. 🙌

Original room had a leak in the bathroom overnight. I woke up to a puddle covering half of the floor. Luckily, the staff the next day was great and moved me to another room. Also, the guy at the front desk gave everyone a welcome sheet. It had FAQs as well as a QR code that linked to a website with local info, restaurant recommendations, pizza places that would deliver, etc. It was a fantastic res...

Phone in room did not work. Called front desk using my cell phone to get a wake up call. I got the call three times! Otherwise, everything good.

It was a good experience. Not the best compared with other Hilton Garden stays but good. I would stay again at this location.

Pros (+) Very convenient to the restaurants and shops. Also located right across from the docks.
Cons (-) The floors were dirty in some areas and the hotel could use a little facelift.

Pros (+) Great rooms, great water view, super clean
Cons (-) Only two treadmills and one elliptical, and elevation function on neither treadmill worked. A small thing, but kinda important to a workout.

Pros (+) Was in Portland for one night and wanted to stay in Old Port to enjoy the sights, sounds and seafood! The hotel is welcoming and beautiful. The rooms are very nice and the staff was great. The location was very convenient to some of my favorite places in the area including Gilbert's Chowder House, LeRoux (retail) and of course, the waterfront. View from my harbor view room was outstanding.
Cons (-) My only complaint was that for the steep room rate, breakfast was extra. I booked through American Express travel and am a Platinum card member. Seems like a cup of coffee and a bagel isn't a whole lot to ask for when I've spent $450 for the room.

Pros (+) The staff was great, it was very clean, on the edge of the Old Port, the pool right downtown.
Cons (-) There isn't an option for parking for free ANYWHERE near the hotel, so valet is literally your ONLY option for overnight. Other hotels in the downtown have free parking overnight relatively close, Hilton has none. I splurged for a nice room for my son and I to have a special time, but had no clue I'd be paying extra 20% after I arrived, all to leave my car there and then have to uber everywhere or...
