Pros: East pick-up and drop-off, friendly staff.
Cons: Car was smaller then expected and looked like it hasn't been cleaned before I picked it up. Asking for a credit card to rent or running a credit checked seemed excessive to rent a vehicle.

Not satisfied.
Pros: Convenience; pickup closeby.
Cons: Car not clean; scratches on front and rear bumper. Power outlet not working so could not use gps. Had to call hertz to exchnge car. Replacement car is ok.

Pros: compact car averaged 33 mpg.Friendly service.Save on gas and by renting through Kayak
Cons: I refused the first car they did the paperwork for because it had bald tires.Both cars were dirty but they gave me a free car wash coupon.

Bad attitude from Counter Rep's
Pros: Car was nice
Cons: Attitude at counter was borderline rude!! Not at all helpfull.. comming and going.. Last time i use hertz in Albany NY!
