Our flight was delayed so we rented a car for 3 hours to get away. Car obviously not inspected prior to us. Smelled like smoke. Dirty exterior. Documentation said it was full, but it was under 1/8th full of fuel. Upon return, no one around. Competitor rental company in same parking lot performing check-ins, said, he wasn't surprised.
