Our reservation was for 2 beds. There was only one, we ended up buying an air mattress. The customer service was worse than terrible when trying to rectify the situation. The representatives barely spoke English and were horrendous in getting back with me, in fact the last time they never did. The problem was never solved.

Cons (-) Price was more than this hotel has the right to charge. Renovations hid the fact that this is a very old hotel. I can't believe the elevators pass inspection. Very little in extra amenities. Our beds were not made when they came and "cleaned" the room. Will not be going back, ever.

Pros (+) I had some time to kill on one of my days there. I ended up going to 3 museums in walking distance. Great little food locations as well.
Cons (-) Elevators were under maintenance so the first night things were slow.

Pros (+) I liked how accommodating they were to an early checkin. They also accommodated the fact our room wasn't ready and gave us a free breakfast coupon
Cons (-) Other guests were quiet loud in the evening.

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of space. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Cons (-) Need to supply body wash, hair conditioner, mouthwash and utensils for coffee and eating food. Also make it more clear that there is a complimentary breakfast in the morning...we weren't sure so we had to go downstairs in the morning to check.

Cons (-) The room didn't have enough counter or work space. The bathroom door opened out so it was difficult to pass through the hall. Continental breakfast was not included. Parking was not secure.
