Pros (+) Fun to be close to all the Eaton shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) Front desk was very short-“here’s your room key, you can use either elevator.” Signs everywhere for covid cleaning, everything closed off for distancing, yet room was still filthy. Will never stay at this hotel again, there’s no excuse for that lack of care.

Pros (+) Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located with parking making much of downtown accessible.
Cons (-) The restaurant has a lot left to be desired. The food isn’t memorable especially when there are so many other innovative dining options in Columbus.

Pros (+) I always look forward to my stays here. I travel each week for work and this is one of my favored locations. It's location near the Polaris Mall is super convenient if you need anything you may have forgotten, not to mention all the dining options. The staff is excellent, always efficient but not overly enthusiastic. The Executive Lounge is very relaxing and comfortable.
Cons (-) I haven't had a negative experience yet. The one time I noticed the showerhead was not working well, I thought about asking to have it replaced, only to realize they had noticed during room service and changed it themselves. Sounds weird, but I was impressed. There are many properties that could benefit from proactive staff.

Pros (+) The bathroom was very nice and so was the bed!! Room service also!
Cons (-) Too high of a charge for gratuity for just My Husband and I. The room itself was small and pretty basic for the price.

Cons (-) Room temperature was too warm. Thermostat seemed to not work.

Pros (+) Att Easton Town Center, quite possibly the best, most complete shopping area ever. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Hilton is a 4 star hotel with full service in the right spot.
