The facility is new this year and very clean. The bathroom in our handicap accessible room was just what we needed for usability and comfort. The bedroom was spacious and had ample power/USB ports for electronics, and the controls on the wall made adjustments easy for temperature and light. The breakfast included many hot and cold items, more than enough to get a nutritious start to the day, and t...

Samantha, Dec 2019 - Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown
Pros (+) Shower was nice
Cons (-) Uncomfortable and small pillows made it a very bad night sleep. Bed wasn’t great either. Surprisingly expensive parking - $27 is just ridiculous when the hotel was already costly enough. I didn’t think the price of the hotel matched up to what it provided. Much better and nicer hotels are available in downtown for the same price or less, especially when you include the parking

Pros (+) Staff was very nice when it came to switching my room.
Cons (-) First room I was given was the handicapped room, the shower chair had black mold on it and smelled like there was an ongoing water leak. I asked to switch rooms, my second room had hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. Because I was leaving early I didn’t ask to switch from that room. Both rooms needed a thorough deep cleaning, scrubbing and dusting. Not to mention peeling wallpaper and cra...

Anonymous, Jun 2018 - Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs
Pros (+) Our room had a Queen Size bunk bed. It was perfect for our family of 5. This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this hotel. We will be back next summer. Breakfast had a great selection.
Cons (-) The drain in the tub was really slow. And the stopper in the sink was missing. My husband has contacts, so he is always annoyed when a hotel doesn't have a sink that closes up properly.
