There wasn’t a room I had to find another room. It was one of the worst experiences of my life thank you. I’ll never use your services again.

The towels were pretty run down with makeup stains and one had a hole in it. The lighting inside was pretty yellow, dim, and minimal. No Breakfast.

Two words........BED BUGS. The first room given to me, #231, had bed bugs, lots of them on the mattress cover and under the bed ruffle. The bed linens were stained and gross. I took a couuple of pictures to share with the front desk. I informed the clerk at the front desk and she apologized that happened. I was given a different room, #210. Anonymous, Mar 2019 - Red Roof Inn Plus+ Columbus Downtown - Convention Center
Pros (+) Staff was friendly and attentive. Climate control was good, although a little noisy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Pros (+) It was a good room for a one night stay. Just your typical less expensive hotel room to sleep in while on a road trip. Very close to the interstate and plenty of food options nearby.

Pros (+) Good value, bed and main living area was clean. Overall, it was about what I was expecting for the price.
Cons (-) Bathroom, while not necessarily unsanitary, was a bit outdated—especially the shower which was old and stained. Located in a bit of a rough neighborhood and seemed to attract some nefarious characters.
