The chair in the sitting area was dirty and there was something sticky on the carpet next to couch. We booked this hotel due to it having a suite with pull out couch so we 3 could have our own bed. The pull out mattress was good enough for a dog let alone an adult. It was only about 2 inches thick and nothing but springs. There was no mattress pad on it. hotel is old but nice, large rooms, windows very spotty, when the sun shines on them it is almost impossible to see anything through them. lighting is low in the rooms. bathroom doesn't have a fan. staff is very nice. no breakfast while we were there.

Pros (+) Hotel canceled my reservation last minute. Made a Reservation through kayak. I received a confirmation email that everything was paid for and ok. When I called the hotel to confirm they didn’t have my reservation in their system. I received an email later the price was an error

Pros (+) The staff is very pleasant when you can find them.
Cons (-) Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. Mold in shower. 3 of us were staying in suite but they only provided 2 towels and never brought more despite 2 calls to desk. Facilities are worn, tile falling off baseboard. Temperature in room was too warm and there was no ac.

Cons (-) Was not as put together as i would have liked, outlet in bathroom was broken, sink was slow to drain, biggest issue was the mildew smell coming from the ac. But all and all decent place for the location. Just dont expect perfection.
