Pros (+) Breakfast was good, but not complimentary.
Cons (-) Room was next to the ice machine. Very noisy all night.

Cons (-) Though not bad, the gym seemed a little light. There was nothing to really workout back. Maybe I'm just nitpicking. Wasn't terrible, just wish they had a little more.

Pros (+) The location was perfect for airport access and the 24 hour shuttle service was a valuable perk.
Cons (-) It is IMPOSSIBLE to prepay your stay without a 5 day WRITTEN authorization. It is 2018 and our society utilizes technology, anyone can order a pizza (or anything else) online or over the phone without the seller ever seeing the card. This hotel chain should figure out how to increase their customer service in this area. I had to make a 4 HOUR round trip drive to secure checkin ...despite the fact ...
