It was the saddest IHG I have been in. Staff complained about not enough ingredients to make breakfast. Breakfast was delayed because they had to go to the store. Room smelled of old smoke.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great coffee. We did not eat at the hotel so do not know about quality of the food

Pros (+) The rooms were big. They offered a complimentary breakfast. The staff was pleasant and they offered free cookies in the lobby.
Cons (-) Our room was musty as though it has not been used in a while. We woke up with stuffed sinuses because the air quality was so bad.
