I have never rented outside of the airport. Upon pickup there was a delay because I was 45 min early and I had to wait an hour for the car because it was getting cleaned. Otherwise the entire process was smooth and drop off was simple.10.0 Wonderful

The saleswoman was very friendly and accommodating. She actually washed the car which in my opinion, should have been ready prior to my arrival, and being she's in sales, why is she the person washing the car?Cons:
I booked a full size car 4.5 hours prior to collecting the car. One was not available to me and therefore I had to go with a mid size car instead since this was all they had. The car was dirty on both the exterior and interior. The salesperson washed the exterior however the interior was badly stained. The fuel tank was on empty and after driving off the lot the idiot light for low air pressure in the tires went on.
