The car was great clean full of gas and ran smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the worker Alex who helped explain the details of the reservation and prices. The transaction went quickly getting the car and returning the car. It was an awesome experience for me renting a car for the first time at Enterprise Rent-a-car of Naperville.

Horrible - our car was making mechanical noises and we were afraid to keep driving it on the highway, yet they wouldn’t provide a new car to replace it for 24 hours. Also- the inside of the car was dirty.

They did not have the car that I reserved person working said they don’t even own that kind of car so she didn’t know why my reservation was able to go through facility was dank and dirty in an industrial park with no parking no disability access
