Intermediate SUV

The car was great clean full of gas and ran smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the worker Alex who helped explain the details of the reservation and prices. The transaction went quickly getting the car and returning the car. It was an awesome experience for me renting a car for the first time at Enterprise Rent-a-car of Naperville.

The vehicle exterior was dirty when I picked it up. The windshield wiper was in need of replacing and skipped during a rain storm.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful, I needed a van to move my daughter out of her apartment and he mentioned he had a cargo van available if I needed it. Pickup was easy and drop off also

Supplier choice

Horrible - our car was making mechanical noises and we were afraid to keep driving it on the highway, yet they wouldn’t provide a new car to replace it for 24 hours. Also- the inside of the car was dirty.
