Pros:Su at the Hilo airport National car rental was absolutely AWESOME! She saved our trip and was so kind. Thank you Su.Cons:We rented a jeep and it had no running boards which made it hard for my wife to get in out. Also it had manual locks and manual windows.Reviewed Feb 21 2018

Great customer service!Pros:Great customer service, great people, great priceCons:I didn't like that it would have cost me $1600 more to change the drop off location to Kona.
