First time in receiving a call to verify arrival the day before pickup. Outstanding ! Kudos to clerk for staying late to accommodate late arrival !Cons:

Everything was great except, having to wait business day(S) to get security deposit returned and going by the email I received when I returned vehicle it looks like they are charging more than was agreed upon. We will see in the next few days..Alamo

Yes the staff was friendly and accommodating. Drop off was super easy and short walk to terminal.Cons:
I had to pay for a taxi to take me 2.5 miles to Hertz Car rental. I really don’t like taking taxis.9.6 Wonderful
