The agent at Norfolk was so personable. She brought sunshine to an anxiety-riddled experience of going to the airport and trying to find things. I left the counter smiling.Cons:

Branch was so busy. Difficult to pick up cars. Looks like they need more staff.Cons:
Was charged $200 for collision damage I did not opt into because I paid for insurance through my reservation and through my own private insurance. Will never rent from enterprise again. Had a better experience with Budget and Avis.Avis
