Cons:
BUR desk was understaffed. FAT staff was, well, lazy. At drop-off an Avis guy Ian paid to stand there and tell you you have to record your own mileage and fuel and walk in to the terminal to check out and get a receipt. The lady at the desk seemed put out that I already had the mileage and fuel so she couldn’t send me back to get it. Not a good look.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I will never use Kayak again and I promise to let all yelp users know. I made reservations for a car rental at LAX 6 weeks before my trip to LA. Once I got to LA, I found out that Kayak had made the reservation at an Enterprise location 50 miles away from the airport. Now I don't know street names in LA so I had no idea this was the case until I tried to pick up my car at the Enterprise LAX location. It was January 26th and every single car rental facility was completely booked. I could not find a car anywhere. Kayak did not have a phone number published so I was unable to talk with anyone there for assistance. I eventually found a car at Allied car rental over a mile away and ended up paying double the price I had originally had reservations for. And got totally inferior car. Never using Kayak again and making sure to spread the word.8.4 Very good
