Pros:
Enterprise Woodland Hills gave us a car that smelled like Marijuana. A joint fell from the visor when I tried to use the mirror in front of my teenage kids. Manager Tony apologized and put us in an Infinity. Our kayak rate for this reservation was $27.50 per day. Now they are charge $44 per dCons:

Got hard time at drop off, almost missed flights, looks like they plan to send claim to my insurance. This is all because girl didn’t mark the damage on the contract when giving me a car.9.2 Wonderful

There is a lot of pressure on the salespeople to sell the insurance along with the car- I already had insurance and they really pressured me to get the next level up of insurance on the car.Avis

I don't know the guys name, but the thin, Mediterranean looking guy with the buzz cut was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and best of all, fast! He cut to the chase while still being friendly and had us where we wanted to be (leaving) ASAP.Budget
