Customer service was very bad. As soon as they found out I am a local renter and not a traveler their attitude changed and made me feel uncomfortable even though I had all the documents they needed. I don’t understand why?

Pros:

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.

Cons:

One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, professional and service was very efficient. This was my favorite HERTZ location to have ever gone to. I’ll choose this location every time if I can. I appreciated the selection and prices too.

Cons:

These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.

Pros:

Everything was easy! I booked through Kayak, said it would be a Pathfinder or similar as I needed a 7 seater. Pick up was easy and the car/SUV was a 2020 GMC Acadia, which worked out perfect! There were 2 gentleman at the pick up location that were both friendly and helpful, got me in and out quickly. Drop off was equally easy. Thank you!

Cons:

Maybe if they offered pickup & delivery, that would be helpful. Also, if they could be open on Sundays, other than that.. everything was perfect. Will book with them again for sure!

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the lot has easy access to major streets that run across town and to the 405 freeway, car was clean and we were seen promptly.

Cons:

The lot is small and on a very busy street so it can be easy to miss when you're driving by.

I made a reservation online for a pick up on 3/09 in the morning - I got a call from Budget at 8.20am that there was no vehicle available for me to rent that day. It really messed up my travel plans. Very disappointing

There was NOTHING good about this experience. It deserves zero stars! Booked a pick up truck last night, drove an hour from the valley to pick it up, my wife and I walk in and there are no other customers; the representative, Ashan has my paperwork on his desk and then tells me he doesn’t have a pickup for me. I asked why no one contacted me and he said they don’t offer that service. When I told him I thought that the service left a lot to be desired and that I'd be writing a review he got agitated and said; "Go ahead, I don't care, write a review, call the main office". I’ll be sticking with SIXT or any other rental company other than budget or Avis

They wouldn’t honor the price when I got there. Wouldn’t let me speak to someone with authority. Refused to speak to anyone on the phone who was going to let them know they had to honor the price I booked it for. Ended up not giving me a car. Sam was horrible. Do not ever even attempt a rental with this company location.
