Pick up experience was great, not a long line and staff was super friendly. The car was ready in less than 5 minutes. the return was expedited as usual when you go to an airport.

$18.99 fuel charge for 0.4 gallons that somehow weren’t topped off. Really. Even at the $9.99 / gal rate or some unstated 1 gal minimum that’s just fraud. Typical BS from terrible companies.

It was very spacious. My driver was very friendly and funny 🤣😁. There was a bathroom in the trunk. And I needed (of course)to pee so you know where I left a wet spot(the trunk). The drivers around us were very friendly 😸, probably cuz I put a "baby 🍼 on board" sticker on the car. And my dog 🐶 absolutely loved 😍 the drive. He was barking like crazy.

pick off was good, but we were told to buy the gas because we will need a tank to come 200 km, costs 106€……than we asked if we can return car whenever we want within the 24h by a one day rental, answer yes its a 24 h rate. we arrived at our destination, phoned the return point just to be sure….she told us about several extra costs when we not return the same evenig! so i think it’s expensive at budget and uncommon thanks a lot

We were misled into taking an EV even though we had booked a gasoline car. And this is inspite of them knowing we would be traveling from SF to LA as car drop was at LA. We also pointed out our route including Yosemite. They told us we needn't worry as the car goes from 0-80% charging in 15 min on a fast charger. We struggled across the 7 days as charging was slow and the range on full charge was only 140 miles on the Subaru. Very unethical and misleading team at this branch.

I was double charged by the online company that I found through your website. They then told me they would not give me credit for the extra charge. I had to ask my credit card company to cancel payment.
