Didn't have the car I reserved. Replacement was made expeditiously. Was satisfactory but also an older vehicle.

Staff at 333 O’Farrell front desk are always very helpful and friendly!
Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Car was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Great experience. The only problem was with Enterprise itself. I was going to be arriving right at my dropoff time, which was also when the office was supposed to close, and wanted to make sure they knew I was arriving. When I tried calling, I was routed to a general Enterprise phone system and had no way of routing my call to the actual branch where I was dropping off. The automated message told me the office was closed, even though it was before the time when the branch actually closed. Caused unnecessary stress, but it worked out in the end.

Your systems aren’t in sync with the rental car place. I got the counter. He said that you’re booking was an accepted because it was made on the same day.
