Cons:Had family tragedy at home had to turn in my rental car two weeks early. I paid for full month up front as priceless expressed that was better rate. I expressed my emergency and ask for refund of remaining two weeks due to emergency. After 4 weeks calling and being put on hold with different person. Each person with different story I still have not received refund. Last person stated we could not help me as others said we should be able too Getting serious run around. Pros:My rental agent was wonderful.Cons:I’m hoping I didn’t screw up with that easy pass. I’m not sure it was open for a bridge crossing and I’m not very familiar with the whole toll and easy pass since the cashless toll system has been implemented. Pros:I did not like anything. Bad service.Cons:They lost the keys and the car then the wait to be seen meanwhile they are all here the attitude it’s just not a good experience at all. Pros:Took over half hour at counter as agent was incompetent. I was next in line . Agent at counter twice tried to give me a giant SUV instead of the compact I ordered. Pros:Nothing....There was no one at the counter when I arrived at Newark Airport to pick up the car. After about a 30 minute wait, someone from Budget finally took care of me. When I got to my destination in NJ I noticed that the paperwork ended my reservation on 7/8, not 7/16 as stated on my confirmatCons:ion. I called and was told that the max. rental that Payless can do is 30 days and that if I wanted to extend to 7/16 that I would have to return to the airport and pay whatever the rate was at that time. Disgusted, I returned the car on 6/18 and was charged a higher rate than my confirmation.Reviewed Jul 17 2019

Pros:Car was decently cleanCons:When we walked to the bay to find our car someone else was driving away with the car we were supposed to take. We went in to wait in line again for another car.
