Pros: Car was affordable, comfortable, reliable and clean on the inside only.
Cons: This company's main issue is customer service. Aside from the car being comfortable and reliable on the road it was a tedious process to obtain and return. The guy was nice but very slow with the whole process and was taking his sweet time to get us the car. he could of a lot more efficient bit he wasn't. the company should hire someone else to aide him in getting customers and the line moving. when we were returning the car the guy was very rude and obnoxious. He yelled at me and said "never in your life turn the car off I have to check it".

Pros: the low price
Cons: the front passenger tire blew out while I was driving and the spare had a leak so it would not hold air. got a trade in and the tires on it were also poor. bad air leaks. the maintenance people are not checking to see if tires are good to put on cars. sales people did not care about my complaints and did nothing to make me want to come back. no discounts or refunds. bad customer service.

Cons: I was charges $90 more than what was in the purchase agreement when I booked the car. I asked the reason and they weren't able to clarify. I just had to pay.

Cons: Bid online was a misrepresentation of amount charged when arriving at the airport. More than 25% higher! Added unsolicited advised non removable "security" charge per day plus tax etc .
