Breakfast was well prepared daily by the friendly host who even offered selling tram tickets which was very convenient for the new arrivers. The guest house is at a quiet but safe and nice area and offers very reasonable price.

Cons: The location was the only flaw of the stay. That being said, the host did a wonderful job explaining how to get to the tram which was a short walk away and a direct route to city center about a half hour away.

Pros: Excellent place with more than we could ask for. We stayed for 5 nights and we had BBQ in the garden twice - what a lovely experience which we did not expect from any of our accommodation in Europe. Yan was a GREAT host, so helpful and loves sharing his knowledge about Prague. Very close to: 1. a lovely local restaurant with great food and great price; 2. a very big supermarket - our favourite Lidl; 3. the tram terminal for no. 22 & 25. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros: Our room was in the basement, so the temperature of it remained pleasant when outside was extremly hot. The terminus of the Tram 22 is close, and you can visit the main attractions by this. I suggest you not to eat in the downtown! Instead, there are two good real Czech restaurants near the Villa Maria. Our favourite: Restaurant U Holecku, in 1,6 km. By car it takes 10 minutes. Or: by tram 22 to Vypich, there you can transfer to bus 191 to Sidliste Petriny, or you can walk through the historic imperial park Obora Hvezda. And in 200 meters there is Restaurant U Cechu. If in Prague, live in the Czech manner! The garden of the Villa Maria is cozy, especially the garden patio. Jan is an open-armed gentleman. He was always ready to help, he gave us useful information about Prague, maps about the district and the city. Highly recommended.

Cons: No lift - Yan helped us to carry our luggage downstairs when we checked in, but as we checked out very early in the morning, we had to carry the luggage up the stairs ourselves. Bathroom was outside the room - though it was exclusive to us, we would prefer more privacy.

The owner was very friendly but too attentive all the time behind us querying if we need something but suggesting the near by restaurants and special discounts on tram and bus tickets and visiting PRAGUE.

Cons: The only problem was the bed, there was no bed sheet, so we had to sleep on the cover of the mattress, and it cause me very uncomfortable, my skin got very itch in the first 2 nights. I used the duvet cover as the bed sheet to sort the problem out. I had spoken this issue to the owner John who is a very kind elder, and he said he would improve that for the guests. the room was too warm during the night, I think it can be automatically controlled to adjust the temperature lower after 10PM till 5AM.

Pros: We didn't meet the manager of hotel. He was out of the city and we had emergency questions but he even didn't reply his mobile or email. We had so many problems but there wss no one to help us. We wanted to cancel our reservation and get out money back but there was no one to talk with. It was such a terrible experience. I guess booking should delete this hostel from his list. Moreover, I really need to get my money back. I had 3 night reservation but I could stay there just for one night.

Cons: Bed was awful, couldn't sleep all night. Facilities were old and not reliable. There were no staff to welcome us but we received a nice instruction for the entrance but it was as complicated as an exit game in a labyrinth.

Cons: There are steps, no elevator, no staff to assist, you don’t actually see anybody except you get harassed by the housekeeper after 9am, trying to enter the room, she didn’t make up the bed, didn’t clean anything (I stayed for 2 nights) the only thing she changed was the towel. The room was freezing when I came in, no change to heated up. This place is a joke and overpriced for the misery! I do no recommend it to anyone!!

Cons: the air was smoky and a little bit wet. carpet in the room had dirty spots. tv and remotes were in something dirty. A guy on reception did speak English. It was really hard to understand the rules of the hotel. Basically, it was not a hotel, mostly it looks like a motel. if I started to consider it as a motel I would say it was good motel 4/5. During the night we heard noisy sounds and music.

Cons: The staff were very rude on check-in. On the second night there was a Russian couple that arrived slightly late, they had told the hotel in advance that they were going to be late; the hotel said this is fine. Once they arrived they waited for an hour and nobody showed. When we rang the number for the reception we were told nobody will be coming and they would have to wait till the morning. I don't know where they spent the night.

Pros: It was not too cold in the room, very poor but looked clean.
Cons: TV not working, we especially looked up a place with private parking...but there was no space in the hotel parking, we had to park on the street, did not look like a safe area. We have waited at the reception about 15 minutes, did not speak English. Could not use the restaurant, it was more like a village dirty pub, smelling like alcohol everywhere, lots of drunk people, too scared to sleep at night worrying about the car and drunk people outside. It was more as a workers hotel.

Pros: Rooms look better than on pictures, newly refurbished bi guess, smart TVs with microwave and fridge
Cons: There's a pub downstairs, quite unpleasant to walk in and out in dark especially for lone travellers or someone who does not speak Czech. No reception staff throughout the night. Toilet did not flush!!! Imagine the inconvenience for family with kids.

Pros: The room was huge and clean. The staffs were nice, the breakfast was delicious. It was affordable but they charged me twice for city tax, even booking.com shows it's included in the price breakdown, they said they have different rule for city tax. Nevertheless it's just 30 mins away from terminal 2 so the location is great.

Pros: We are Family travel just to stay at Hotel Fortuna over night Hotel location Prague 6 about 20 min from Main Train station depend how is busy traffic 170 CZK- 5eur by Uber or Bolt better than Taxi too expensive double price we go same to airport about 15-20 min 250CZK- 7eur Hotel really good for 3 stars reception ok very quick sorted all staff. Room was quit big good size for family with teenager or small kids no problem some staff little bit used but ok room was clean Double bed was very comfortable view wasn't bad 2nd floor seen tram wasn't that very noise ok depend how is sensitive just heard but fine. Toilets and Bathroom was clean fine only missing shower or some better staff than soap.Last want said Breakfast was brilliant huge choice typical some traditional Czech but most international finger up good staff .

Cons: Staff of the hotel screaming to us. Restaurant manager in tracksuit not able to answer any question. Recepcionist screaming to my fther. Not changing the sheets during 3 days, till I complained about it. Far away to be welcome there. Spiders under the bed.

Cons: The Bar tender was a bit rude when I changed the drink order which really embarrassed. I would say it could be better if they guide tourists and warmth them.

Cons: The only downside was that the hotel was located a few miles away from the city centre and the breakfast as basic, but that was to be expected for the price I paid. Other than that I was happy with everything.

Cons: The room may seem fancy but not comfortable because you'll hear the noise outside even we stayed at the higher floor, couldn't sleep well. Good thing I booked just one day.

Cons: I did travel 2 adults and 2 kids room was ready only double bed 2 single beds wasn't ready pillow and all staff was under bed in case we are did self don't worry At reception girl she said very sorry not big problem.
