Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It is very cumbersome to take the O'Hare shuttle to the rental building and then wait for the Routes shuttle to come. When you all Routes, they can't tell you anything about when the shuttle will come and pick you up. You just have to wait 15-30 minutes.

Pros: Cheap rate
Cons: Facility is not at ORD. Requires special pick up from the car rental facility to an offsite facility. Waited over 25 minutes for pick up. Facility was understaffed and took a long time to get the car. After returning the car, driver that drove us to our terminal was reckless and not safe.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the process was quick. She explained everything to me in detail and the most important thing the car was inspected and ready by the time I signed the last piece of paper. You guys at Routes Schiller Park rock.
Cons: Down payment hold was kind of high for it to be a out of town rental only because it limit you on the things you want to do while you’re visiting, but other than that I have no complaints.

Cons: Th Routes location is 5 mins from airport but takes an hour to get there. This being because you need two shuttles to get there. The shuttle to the rental car facility and then a private routes shuttle. Routes had us wait 30 minutes for their private shuttle.

Pros: The staff was great despite being incredibly busy! The car we rented was brand new (less than 4K miles) with all of the latest technology, fantastic value for the price!
Cons: The drop off process was odd, we had to wait in the same line as people picking up their cars which we all know is a lengthy process! Streamlining the drop-off process would have made the experience better but overall a good experience for an incredible value.
