The only sort of tricky thing was the distance and number of turns to get to sixt. It's probably better than a shuttlebus. At ORD, you go down to baggage claim, up to ground transport, down to the tram, ride to the rental car stop (2 or 3 stops), down to the floor, outside, up to sixt. Totally understandable and doable, there are signs all along the way. Outside of that, everything was great. I booked everything ahead online and it went as smooth as one could hope.Reviewed Nov 15 2023
