Pros: The staff was very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable
Cons: We chose a VW because it's the only rental place we saw one but still ended up with a Subaru. The location was very difficult to find, even with Google map. We were almost overcharged for double insurance because the outside insurance we bought on Kayak didn't appear on our agreement with Sixt.
Pros: They replaced the vehicle easily when an incident happened.
Cons: They try to offer you the lowest car in your selected class. It seems they purposely leave the nicer car “uncleaned” so the lesser car is all they have “available” sticking you with the lesser car instead of the one you actually wanted!
Cons: When I reserved this vehicle I also paid in advance for the insurance. However when I rented the car at the counter, I was told the insurance was not sufficient protection. I don’t know if I was taken advantage of of not but I was frustrated with the added expense. Why offer insurance with the online rental if it’s not the proper coverage?
Pros: Had to cancel my vacation due to covid
Cons: I cancelled 3 weeks ahead of time and they charged me 123 bucks cancellation. Will never rent from them ever again
Cons: Staff were great, but organization was a little off. I had a late flight getting in, and the ticket counter was closed, so had to navigate to different area with little or no signage to get there. Once there apparently a ton of other people were renting at the same time so it took a long time. Only one staff doing all the work. He was great, very friendly etc, but would have been nice to get through easier after a long flight
Cons: Confirmed via email that they would refund my rental if coronavirus related travel bans were announced. When Seattle's shelter-in-place extended past the rental and friends couldn't travel from Europe, the offer of a refund was reversed. 3 weeks of emailing with 5-10 day gaps from Sixt and I ended up with a voucher. Not much has gone well in my first Sixt rental. All things held equal, they're the last company I'd work with.

Cons: Long wait to pickup preordered rental, staff trying to upsell everything when we said no to any upgrades ahead of time. But the upsell is expected...
Cons: Accidentally booked a car at other location from airport. They were able to book me another one but charged me 30 bucks more and instead of a luxury car that I booked I got a Hyundai.
Pros: Super friendly staff

Pros: Drop off was a hassle because the address was the hotel lobby, no instructions to the parking garage.
Cons: I thought I was renting at the airport but it was in the city. The money I saved was null because of Uber rides to p/u and drop off
Cons: Absolutely no issues. Fast friendly people right in the middle if holiday craziness. Will rent from Sixt again.
