Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The door to the bathroom didn't seal and there was a gap that let light, sounds and smells escape. The mattress on the pull out sofa was the worst we have ever had. Springs protruded and could be felt. After a sleepless night, we did ask for an air mattress to lay on top of the sofa bed mattress and that helped.
