Wonderful
Anonymous, Nov 2019 - TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Downtown
Pros (+) I wanted to take the king bed home with me; it was so comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options.
Cons (-) Upon checkout, I had issues with my card declining, even though the room had been paid for and slept in already, and no extras were purchased on the trip. I had to wait for over 20 minutes for the front desk manager to call Kayak and give them my confirmation number, just so I could check out.

Pros (+) Adequate selection of items.
Cons (-) Coffee was one of the worst I have ever tasted.

Okay
David, Jan 2019 - TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Downtown
Pros (+) Welcoming and friendly staff. Ease of check in.
Cons (-) Parking was a bit of a challenge but ultimately resolved. Recommend closer and safer facility. (If not choosing to valet.) The breakfast area was a bit of a zoo with families competing for the free breakfast offerings. It was the Holiday season (just before New Years) and one of the neighboring rooms had visitors at all hours (12-5 am parties I guess) for the 2 nights of our stay.
