At pickup there was a bottleneck with doing the paperwork at the cars. More staff should have been doing that and fewer staff checking people in.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, they didn't have the car at hand that we wanted and almost had no other options except for a massive SUV or a little corvette which wouldn't have worked. Luckily another customer happened to bring back a similar car to the one we were looking for when we were at the dealership and they agreed to give it a rush clean and to us.

Cons:

We booked the rental initially for 1 month and 7 days. The offer on Kayak suggested a flat-rate price, however at the rental place we were informed it was only going to cover 1 months and we'd have to extend by a manual 7 days afterwards which incurred a couple hundred dollars of additional charges. Not transparent, we would have chosen something else potentially if we'd have known.
