They took over an hour to get it for me. Then it wasn’t clean. They said their equipment was broken so they couldn’t make it quite clean. It was filled only a quarter full of gas.

There was no car for us. I don’t know whether to blame Enterprise or Kayak but the website was not current. you should not be able to rent a car that does not exist. The only good thing is that someone called and told us before we got to the facility.

Everything was awesome except the fact that the card we had reserved wasn’t there so when we got ready to leave in the morning, we had to wait a couple of extra hours because they didn’t have the vehicle there. It had to be transported. Other than that. everything was amazing and excellent. The customer service the person who checked us out with it was amazing as well, very friendly knowledgeable.
