Checked in ok for 3 flights at the airport check-in desk, but apparently I was not checked in to my connecting flights even though I was assured that I was and had seats on all 3 flights. Aer Lingus departure was also delayed for 1.5 hours which gave no time to collect bags to go through customs.

delayed flight stayed whole night at washington Dallas airport at seats , uncomfortable . i am senior citizen , very tired , worst travel.

No complimentary drinks or snacks offered on a 2 hour flight was disappointing but everything else went well

The check in process at the front desk felt slow and it was frustrating that we could not check in online. Everything about the actual flight was great, including very kind flight attendants and a nice larger bathroom. Only thing is that it was very cold in the plane!

I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent
