While it was delayed, once we were in the air, it was smooth. The flight attendents and pilot were friendly and did their best to accommodate us.

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.

Hire more people. It’s not my fault they don’t have enough pilots. THEY shortened my vacation, by changing the flights I booked. We sat on the tarmac for an hour. $35 for my checked bag, and then they wanted $75 MORE for me to pick my seat??? A tiny bag of pretzels on my connecting flight, with nothing on the first leg. Big deal. The people were great. Can’t deny that. But the way they do business, leaves a bit to be desired. They are just another airline.

Missed connection due to waiting on tarmac for gate. Rebooking took 30 minutes in line with 2 people in line in front. Horrible inefficient careless staff.
