I was very unhappy with the lack of communication from the cockpit. It took close to a half an hour before we took off after the doors were closed, and we got no announcements as to progress. It would be nice to get some acknowledgement of the situation and updates as to when we are taking off.

We had multiple delays and a medical incident during the flight. We barely got a glass of water during the over 4 hours we were on the plane. Somehow first class got all of their service. It would be nice if all of your paying customers got the service they paid for.

The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.

The plane was up-to-date, and the free wi-fi was very much appreciated! All of the ports functioned well, and the entertainment choices made the flight much more enjoyable. One of the flight attendants was unfriendly, but the flight was enjoyable overall.

The flight attendants were efficient and helpful. The airplane had malfunctioning equipment. Again, as was the case with my previous British Air flights, the USB port did not work. This may seem like a small detail, but in this day and age, it is important to be able to have charged electronics in order to enjoy such a long flight. Please upgrade your cabins!

I had no problems but the changing of planes that I was supposed to be on was confusing. Maybe it would be helpful to let people know your flight changed. Not everyone understands airports or how flying works.

The food was good. I almost didn't get a seat on the flight unless I agreed to sit in emergency exit.

Quick flight again no one illness why there were multiple delays and changing of the gate number.

We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
