Pros: Check in was easy. I love the way you can order from the screen infront of your seat food and drinks. In addition; you can select movies. Everyone was very nice and professional. I usually fly with jetBlue, but today I was so impressed I am considering changing.

Cons: Extremely bad turbulence, they warned about it before takeoff. Knowing this they should have canceled the flight.

Pros: Quick onboarding process.

Cons: We waited on the tarmac for 15 minutes before the captain notified everyone that we had to turn around because a generator went offline and thus required additional fuel and paperwork. I feel this kind of issue was preventable with proper inspection and oversight. Although i appreciate the protocols for safety, i believe this measure could have been prevented.

Pros: I like Delta but this crew had such a shi**y attitude it was contagious. Yikes!

Cons: The gate staff and the flight staff. Rude

Cons: One lavatory didn't work and we had to use the nathroom for first class..couldnt access bathroom half of the flight

Pros: As a result of extensive business travel, my husband and I enjoy premiere status with United . We love the airline, because even when we buy inexpensive tickets on our own dime for family travel, we are treated exceptionally well and often upgraded. The flight was on time, the ground and cabin crew friendly and the captain competent. That works for us!

Pros: - I did make it home, 2 hours later...

Cons: - Service: plane had multiple problems, including flight instrumentation - Worse Service: keeping customers in the dark regarding timing of repairs and how long we'd be stuck at LAX - And nothing worked: no wifi (even though it was advertised)

Cons: Roundtrip flight to Seattle with a layover, first flight went without incident, so far so good. On the flight back (during a layover) literaly 5 minutes till boarding the plane, the pilot is ready to go, the people are standing in line, United decides it wont make enough $ on the flight and gives it to an Ontario flight. We are canceled and now have to wait 4 additional hours in the airport. Was told it was air traffic control that messed up, not United, which was not even possible and an obvious untruth. Was offered a complimentary bottle of water for the trouble. Classic united.

Pros: There was a really awesome guy flight attendant working this flight. I liked his personality. He actually talked to people.

Cons: We never heard the reason for the delay, which I thought was odd because it was 30+ minutes of wondering what was going on. This flight had wi-fi, but I couldn't figure out how to log on, so I didn't use it.

Pros: Price, friendly staff, and overall good service.

Cons: Small uncomfortable seats, no enetertainment and no complementary drinks.

Cons: 55.00 for a carry on bag?? Are you kidding me? If I had known that when I bought the tickets of course I wouldn't have bought the tickets. For another hundred dollars I could have bought a ticket From Alaska flown in comfort and had free water !!! Instead I had to use that 100.00 for carry on bags! I hate you guys! You're the biggest rip off. I fly an average 3 times a year. I will never fly Spirit and I will tell everyone on all social media not to fly with spirit unless they enjoy getting raped!!!

Pros: Smooth and quick take off as well as landing

Cons: My luggage was damaged and I have yet to hear from an American Airlines representative after I was not ok with a replacement from a luggage company that did not reflect my current luggage brand. Being in the Customer Sevice industry I know this is unacceptable, I would never replace a damaged item with one that was not like the original or ask a customer to do so. I will not fly American Airlines any longer.

Pros: Both the departing and returning flights departed in schedule and arrived a solid half hour early. Staff was accommodating and friendly, and very helpful with me juggling luggage and a toddler by myself.

Pros: Flight was canceled due to maintenance problem, American claimed rebooking was someone else's responsibility. I had to talk to 4 people before they rescheduled me for the next day. American's gates/terminals at LAX are also a pain--you never know if your flight will depart from the hinterlands of Tom Bradley terminal, or Terminal 4 or 6, which can mess you up with parking/security screening/scheduling. I will try to avoid flying American in the future. I didn't get any vouchers for the cancellation, either. BD

Pros: We arrived at the airport early because we had to check out of our Hotel at 11 AM with luggage and no car, so we headed to the airport knowing there would be a 5 hours delay. Okay, we will have lunch, read a bit and we will get through this 5 hours.Then 2 hours later, we learned the flight was delayed another 3.5 hours. So almost 9 hours later, we finally flew out. $70.00 in meals plus checking our luggage for $25.00 each suitcase added up. Others were offered free checking of luggage due to limited overhead storage. Only learned of a free "snack pack" to give us some food after other passengers told us of it. It was not advertised. The plane ride was nice with a free drink and potato chip plus a free movie. We noticed that our plane was not full. We were told our plane was sent to New Mexico (State) were a plane was canceled. So, I ask why is our plane being canceled to assist another plane in New Mexico at our expense? Why were they not impacted and we were?

How can this happen? Again another 25 minute delay. The plane ride was nice with a free drink and potato chips plus a free TV/movies. We noticed that our plane was not full. We were told our original plane was sent to New Mexico (State) were a plane was canceled. So, I ask why is our plane being canceled to assist another plane in New Mexico State at our expense? Why were they not impacted and we were? A couple was flying to Seattle to "Be with their dying son" and there was an urgency. They too had to wait nearly 4 hours more. Was the flight from New Mexico was on time? SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Cons: It was a passenger on the plane acting real suspicious. I didn’t like that. Also the seats was uncomfortable.

Cons: My seat was not good. I sat in the last row without a window. The crew made it easier to handle though.

Cons: Delayed in Los Angeles for about an hour. Checked on flight tracker and this flight is consistently delayed 20-40 minutes. Why hasn't Delta done anything to improve this?

Pros: Nice crew, pretty good timing on flying time.

Cons: Stayed waiting for airport to clear our gaye for about one hour after we landed.

Cons: The aircraft had issues prior to take off which lead to the arrival in Seattle being late and making me miss my connecting flight. When I was sent to speak to a representative they had problems finding me a seat on any other planes. I ended up pleading with another representive who do to another customer not arriving were able to get me on the plane. I ended up being over four hours late and losing my rental car. For such a small issue it made for an additionally long day.

Pros: Overall the flight process was fine.

Cons: Kayak is not transparent enough about highlighting which flights are low cost flights during purchasing. I thought I was purchasing a regular fare where I could bring a normal carry-on onto the flight, but this was a low cost flight and I had to check my bag. This information was not disclosed until after payment, and I believe this is dishonest on the part of Kayak. Kayak needs to be much more upfront about the details of the flights so that we passengers can select flights according to their needs. I felt deceived by the fare and would have purchased a different flight if I would have known ahead of time.

Pros: The trip was generally as expected. This was the first trip our family of four had taken since before the baggage fees had become common. I chose this airline for its price. For a short flight, this was very nice. It is best to know your luggage needs before you purchase. It was helpful to see the total round trip pricing as well.

Cons: astronomical baggage fees, tight seats, pouch on the back of the seat in front of me was broken and pushing against my leg.

Pros: That they were upfront with the fact that they charge for everything

Cons: NEVER AGAIN! My fight was canceled 6 hours before my departure, due to “air craft congestion” (whatever that means). They were unable to get me on a new flight until two and a half days later. I ended up booking with another (more reliable) airline because it was cheaper than taking 2 days off of work, staying in a hotel, eating out, rearranging child care, paying for extra parking at the airport... SO DISSAPOINTING. It put a huge black spot on my otherwise awesome weekend, among me have to scramble to get everything worked out while trying to get home.

Cons: Gaye agent refused to let me take my medically necessary medical equipment and meds on board. She refused to look at my Dr note that TSA had no problems with after screening. It was humiliating and horrible!! I have a video ad well as statements on the flight from other passengers regarding how she treated me it was horrible!!
