Cons: "This time, however, from the get go I had problems. The attendant at ticketing sent one of my bags in without removing the part of the ticket I needed. Second, the attendant at the gate took my carry-on down because she thought it was too big. I have this bag for years and I travel with it everywhere with me. Then, I could not find my carry-on in Lima and hell started. I asked one guy that had an orange apron and was helping with the bags. I told him that I did not see my carry on. He sent me to American lost baggage upstairs. I had to wait 40 minutes for the office to open. Then the woman working there was very unprofessional and rude and told me that I should have made a claim at the counter in the baggage claim area. Well, there are no signs that indicate that there is a counter where to claim your lost bags, you have to just be clarivident and know according to LATAN personnel. They found my bag and call us around 3:45PM, when they close at 5PM. Well getting to the airport before 5pm was a Mission Impossible action movie. Try getting to the airport in Lima during rush hour...finally, I got there on time to get my bag, had another encounter with another personnel that, again, attempted to blame it on me instead of doing her job efficiently and with a smile on her face...What is wrong with airlines personnel???"

The eldest attendant was simply rude and seemed annoyed at having to do her job. The other young woman couldn't seem to keep the cart from bashing into seatbacks or herself in the aisle and the flight was NOT rough."

On this flight, I was pleasantly surprised...the flight left on time and arrived early, the bags were a little slow but acceptable, and the crew was good. The only complaint is the typical lack of room on UA planes. Fortunately the flight was less than 2 hours."

I have experienced worse on recent UA flights...at least this time my knees weren't actually touching the seat in front of me, and the person in front of me chose not to recline their seat so it stayed that way. The other issue with this flight was the boarding process, which was really slow. Fortunately, they towed the plane to the gate over an hour before departure and started boarding almost immediately so we still managed to leave on time."

Take off took a long time. I was seated at the back row, aisle seat when there were plenty of other seats available; had to hold the lavatory door so it wouldn't open because it was broken and it stinked a lot. Horrible experience."

And THEN, the flight was delayed for 4 HOURS PLUS. different reasons were given for the flight delay each time. Gate staff didn't really seem to care. Horrible horrible experience."

Cons: "The 2 hrs delayed, the bad attitude of one of the male flight attendant who made me feel that passengers behind the first's class curtain had no right to use the laboratory located at the entrance of the airplane. He demanded that I wait behind the curtain for the last passenger from 1st class who might wish to get up to use the laboratory while I was in need of a bathroom. I will not invest my money buying from United again not worth the money."

Pros: "Since we were the last ones to arrive at the gate because of our delayed flight they had to check our carry-on baggage with the luggage we didn't have locks and nomally what we carry in that bag are fragile or valuable things. They should at least have plastic gauzes or fragile stickers to put on the bags. I don't know the reason but the flight attendants left about the last 6 rows of passengers without pretzels or drinks. There was no device to view movies. Leg space too tight."

I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight."

Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service."

Cons: "The plane was old and very no-frills.It felt like a flight from 10-20 years ago. The tv screen as about 4x5 inches and you could not even select any movies, shows, or games. It simply had 9 channels with 7 bad movies (from about 2-5 years ago) and 2 bad TV shows. Also, each started right at the beginning of the flight and when they ended 2 hours into an 8 our flight, that was it. You had nothing else. I expect better on a non-budget airline."
