I prepaid my baggage fee through the Delta App during web check-in; however, I was unable to locate the receipt afterward. It would be helpful if prepaid baggage receipts were clearly linked within the trip details section and/or accessible under the traveler profile for easy retrieval. This added visibility would enhance transparency and provide greater convenience for customers managing their travel documentation. Overall, a small enhancement that could further elevate the digital experience.

Worth being a SkyMiles member for the free checked bag Plan extra time at Miami, the walk from the MIAMover to the check in was very far and the moving sidewalks were not functioning.

At Miami International, after check in at ticketing, be aware of the long walk to the American D Concourse. Signs are confusing, as there are several ways to go depending on your gate number. Stop and ask for clarification often.

Miami is a big airport with a lot of international flights, so give yourself enough time to get through TSA. Expect last minute gate change that is possibly 20 or more gates away from the initial gate provided.

Getting to the airport early is a must. Have a plan and map for your airline's checking desk. If you ask someone for directions, make sure they are clear or that you understand, a lot of TSA and airport personnel spoke English with hard dialects and some didn't know where the Alaska Air terminal was.

It is a good connection, it gives you enough time to go through passport control and luggage claim and drop off. Eat close to the boarding gate because the next flight lasts 6 hours and there is no food service on the plane.

New York JFK is massive and the signage there for connecting flights is not so good as you need to travel via AirTrain between the different terminals and the signage for this is missing in some places, making it confusing as to which way to go.

I am consistently pleased to be a Delta customer, and this experience once again met my expectations. There was a brief delay departing from MIA due to a technical issue that required the aircraft to return to the gate. However, the situation was handled professionally and transparently. Totally worth the miles to upgrade to Delta Comfort. Plenty of legroom.

This was my first time flying Delta ever and I had a great experience!

The flight was great as well as the airline staff

Comfort seating was on the tight side. Maybe it was a smaller plane(?)

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.

Connection through Atlanta was difficult. Mechanical issue on plane caused a two hour delay. New gate was a mile away.

No WiFi. Comfort plus should have alcohol provided, crew only offered water or tea. Who the heck wants tea?

I have diamond medallion status and usually we are in comfort plus . We were in main this time ( which was fine ) and my husband wanted wine . I have at least 10 vouchers for drinks that are good for this year and next! The attendant would not take the picture of the voucher as proof and never came back to check as She asked me to pull it up on delta Wi-Fi. Instead my husband just used his Amex to buy the wine . Disappointing!!!

Food is basically Sun Chips, cookies or Cheezits. I had an exit row seat so I had plenty of room. The crew was very nice and efficient. Pilot kept us informed. Pretty good flight.

Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.

Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.

Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.

Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent

Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.

Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from check in to baggage claim. Staff was very professional and sweet. Will definitely recommend United to family and friends.

Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.

I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.

Everything was good. Flight was very full so crew was busy. After we boarded and plane pulled away from the gate, we were delayed about 40 minutes- sitting on the runway - due to weather en route or at the destination. While weather is not the fault of the airline- it’s terrible to sit on a plane and not moving.

Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.

Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.

The attendants were kind and helpful. A sugar-free drink would have been very welcome.

Little warm on the plane and delayed for an hour

UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.

We flew Spirit because it was cheaper but the seats were so uncomfortable. I don;t need to be fed snacks on a plane but when it's a 3-4 hour trip then at least a drink is nice. The flight attendants had nothing to do the whole flight except for gossip loudly to each other right behind our seats, and they talked so much my husband couldn't even rest! I was fine with no tv or entertainment but the seats were so uncomfortable with no recline, no padding, and I am short but even for me to leg room was tough for a 3-4 hour trip. We probably would fly spirit again if we had to, but it's definitely not our favorite!

There was absolutely nothing good about this fight. They delayed us for over 2 hours to give our plane to a flight going to Tampa. By the time we got to norfolk conditions were too bad to land so they took us to Charlotte to refuel so they could fly back to Fort lauderdale. There was almost no communication from the pilot, no wifi, no chargers, and they wouldn't even give us free water when we were stuck in Charlotte refueling.

The flight itself and the crew were great. Sitting on the tarmac for over an hour until our gate opened up was really frustrating. Missed our scheduled bus and got home two hours later

This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.

It was the most turbulent terrifying flight I’ve ever been on. I will never fly spirit again.

I was not informed via text about flight delay and gate change. There should have been a notice by the original gate letting us know that there was a change. A half hour before original flight time we realized there was no one there and were told that the gate was changed so we ran across the airport (I was traveling with my aunt who is in her upper 60s) to try to make the flight and then saw that the flight was actually delayed an hour . Less than acceptable. Family members had flights cancelled with no reason. Multiple hour delay, gate changes, poor communication, less than satisfactory. I will never fly with spirit again, which is a shame because it’s a budget friendly option but quite frankly with all of the hassle and hoops that come with flying spirit. Completely unacceptable.

This company socks. It's fraud. They canceled our flight yesterday, and today we were late because of a really long line at the check in bag. At the rebook station, there was ton of people. The workers were all rude. I am gonna make a report to FTC.

Flight got delayed for 5 hours no good explanation was offered ;(

There was no one at the counter to assist with our check in. The app didn’t work, so I arrived at the airport with time to check in and I couldn’t because no employees were there. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was inside the 60min rule and they said I could no longer check in and they could sell me another ticket. We had to scramble and pay an additional $800 for tickets and THEN AFTER (about 60 min from my original convo with customer service and 10min after original departure time) I had boarded my new flight, there was email saying my original flight from Frontier was delayed and leaving 2hr 50min later, but I STILL wouldn’t have been able to check in. Which means customer service should have been able to see it and let me check in because I was well within my check in time. When I call Frontier, they hang up on me. So their app didn’t work and they employees left and they take zero responsibility or assistance with their “customer service”

Everyone seemed to be in zone 1 for boarding. Maybe break it up a little. Otherwise, smooth flight.

My flight was delayed by two hours which made it so that I would miss my layover flight. I stood in line for customer service for over an hour and when I reached the agent she told me to scan a QR code and it'll give me options. I wasn't offered any help, guidance or compensation, only told that I have options but that I had to figure it all out myself. I was refunded part of the trip and had to buy an expensive same day ticket from another airline in order to get home. I will never fly Frontier again.
