The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.

United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus

From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.

I flew from Santa Fe to Denver to catch a flight to London and the transfer of my luggage on arrival at Denver to the London flight worked perfectly. The crew on the ground and on board for the London flight were so friendly and efficient.

My husband and I had boarded the flight from Denver to Chicago, and one of the last passengers to get on the plane opened the overhead bin above my husband's seat and threw his bag out of the bin to make space for his own. He said, "Mine is bigger!" The flight attendant supported the new passenger. They didn't care that my husband has two artificial knees and must have the foot room in front of his seat to be able to fit his legs in -- and to be able to stand, much less walk, at the end of the flight. I have never seen this happen before, and it was a disaster.

The flights from Ottawa to Albuquerque went smoothly enough though on on flight they didn't have how water for coffee or tea and on another there there was no ice. The return flights from Albuquerque were delayed by mechanical problems on both flights. Ottawa was a ground crew maintenance issue.

This flight worked as promised, a rare event these days. Of course it helped that we were upgraded. The food was, however, as bad as ever.
