Cons: "Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

The flight to Panama City was a significantly more enjoyable experience, but the return trip was absolutely miserable. After being boarded, we waited on the runway with no explanation for over a half hour. Then the flight staff came through with a very mediocre dinner and drink; however, they never came back for anything else until the customs form, and any attempts to flag them down were fruitless. When I finally got their attention, I requested water, and never received it. It was an incredibly frustrating and thirsty experience."

Cons: "Late to take off, thankfully I had booked my flights far enough apart as this also happened last year on the same trip/flight."

Pros: "Staff were great but Air Canada Rouge does not have pods in business class. The food was mediocre at best and there were many technical difficulties with the in-Air entertainment. Also, no wifi? It’s 2018."
Cons: "iPads for entertainment.. had to download Air Canada on your personal device BUT they don’t give you access to real wifi? Basic food. Seats were nothing special."

Cons: "Air Canada is always late in my experience. I always end up waiting at the gate for the inbound flight which happens to be late. It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest."

Pros: "The friendly staff! Very accommodating and as simple as a smile goes a long way. Kiddos to Air Canada staff!"

Cons: "The Air Canada counter officer do not help me at all. She only told me to call Air Canada which I can not since the Shanghai office is close and the US number did not work. I ended up bought a new ticket with AA."

Cons: "The delays and lack of information in the boarding process are unacceptable - this occurred on my trip from Montreal to Paris as we as the return trip. Passengers feel like cattle being herded."

Pros: "Boarding was efficient, crew were attentive, food was excellent, the "pod" was comfortable and I did not use the entertainment"
Cons: "Would have liked more info as to how to work the gizmos - had to ask how to recline my seat and never did get to grips with the entertainment. The Fast Pass specificaly said it was for disembarkation at London and so I did not realise I could have used it to get through security for ongoing flight"

Pros: "There was enough legroom, as compared to airlines like Cathy Pacific."
Cons: "All the flight attendants seemed a bit frazzled; I felt guilty for asking for wine with lunch, and you had to either use your own device or pay $10 to access the in-flight entertainment. Even then, I could only watch TV shows on my laptop --you need an app to see movies. Very strange and felt like being in a domestic flight."

Cons: "Connection was a hectic with staff sending up and down to get our boarding passes. TSA had short lines but long wait and a lot of attitude."

Pros: "Crew was wonderful I was very glad that the Toronto boarding person recommended that i get on the flight as there were still empty seats -- there were no seats on the next flight that i had been switched to because my bag was on that one (supposedly)..."
Cons: "My bag was not on the next flight, so i had to get a hotel room for the nite, It was not on the 8/14/16 Sunday morning flight as stated their system; although the Dulles manager was very helpful, my bag was nowhere to be found. Someone drove to Dulles from Va Beach with my car keys -- i was called sunday nite that bag arrived.and would be fedex'd 2-day which put arrival at Wed 8/17/16. Still not here on 8/20/16. Sad and disappointed at how botched the return trip was."

Pros: "The helpdesk was helpful when I got a hold of someone. The compensation was decent."
Cons: "I bought my round trip ticket from DC to Paris via Toronto since March 2016. But the flight back from Toronto to DC was overbooked and I got bumped off the flight. The agents were severely understaffed and had no information about the situation. Also, when I finally got the flight back to DC, my luggage was lost."

Cons: "Ug the food - Pizza, sushi were awful - hard & tasteless. They were out of cheese and crackers and salad by the time they got to us."

Cons: "Customs was disorganized and we were sent to the back of the line twice. The people working there didn't know what they were doing. Then our flight was delayed 3 separate times, first 2 hours, then another hour, then another hour. The seats on the plane were made for children. Luckily it was only a 1 1/2 hour flight."

Cons: "AC website states for US and Canada allow 120 mins. We arrived to the airport 130 mins inadvance. We had no checkin bags but we almost missed our flight. (Many people did miss our flight). You need to allow at least 2 -3 hrs for US security checks. Because we almost missed our flight, we didn't have time to purchase food preboarding and the selection in the plane was very limited. My partner is 6'1 and the seat was extremely uncomfortable for him and it was not in our budget to upgrade. There was no free entertainment in the plane. You needed to rent a tableT!"

Pros: "This flight left without us due to delayed arrival on Air Canada flight from Seoul to Toronto. The positive was that it was one Air Canada flight I didn't get on."
Cons: "Due to lack of available options to get to ANY DC area airport before the evening the day after we were supposed to arrive, I accepted going to Philadelphia. That flight was also delayed. From there I rented a car and got home at 3 a.m. instead of 9:45 p.m., about when we would have gotten home on the original flight. If we had waited for the next available flight to the DC area, it would have arrived some time after 2:48 p.m. the day after we were supposed to arrive. I know this because I was told this was the fastest route to DC--before the same Air Canada agent then told me that it was no longer available. A dreadful experience."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed about an hour and a half because of earlier delays in the day and the ground crew and pilot kept us fully informed of the situations as they evolved. Because of the timely updates I did not hear one person complain in my earshot range. Apart from the delay the service was great, as always."

Cons: "In my flight to India, I was asked to check in my hand baggage at Calgary. This bag got left behind in Toronto and I received it in India after 2 days. This was a big inconvenience. I wish Air Canada had compensated me for this inconvenience. On my way back, my checked in baggage was badly damaged. I realize that the airline is not responsible for this and it is the airport crew. Overall a good experience. I will definitely take this flight again, but will not check in my hand baggage. The crew is very friendly and helpful - great service."

Pros: "My Flight was canceled without us getting any notification and causing major delays and headaches with NO offer for compensation to help e.g. with a $70 taxi we had to incur to get from DCA to IAD. Poor service"

Cons: "After 12-hour flight from Tokyo, found flight to Dulles cancelled, with no adequate passenger assistance. Few staff to deal with issues and no familiarity with DC airports, IT support for the few staff available was poor. At re-booked flight gate, the area service desk unattended for an hour; finally found a helpful ground crew who said they are on break and got staff to service the desk, albeit grudgingly. Several flights delayed, in the horrible Gates F-84-99 area; confusion reigned supreme. Staff needs to understand that Dulles is way west of DC and BWI is way NE, so getting re-routed from Dulles to BWI is MAJOR change in ground transportation options and distances. Also need to update IT programming so staff can use it easily without long waits and calls for help. and some air conditioning in the F 84-90 gates area would be nice. Horrible situation--not enough seating, only service in whole area is one bagel shop."
