But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. You take a great airline and make the experience so bad."

Cons: "The boarding crew seemed disorganized, the flight boarded 30 mins late and so we were delayed when it came time to taxi and take off. The flight had numerous crying babies on it, it was warm and stuffy once in flight, the crew brought you meals you didn't have a say in ordering and having to sit for an undetermined amount of time with the used tray in front of you really made the modest space even more so. I love JAL but this flight was not one of the better ones for me. Not through any fault of the staff, they are top notch, but certainly this flight ranks as just "okay"."

Both I and another passenger who flew JAL the weekend before found the vegetarian food poor - very bland and too salty. The exact same menu all four times we flew. A pity as the rest of the service wa excellent. If JAL wishes to attract more international customers it would be a good idea for it to broaden its global perspective and provide better vegetarian options. I know others who've had similar concerns about other types of special meal."

The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

The people around be we’re even shocked by her stern and rude response."

Cons: "in Guadalajara, during boarding the cabin was inundated with mosquitoes (I mean not just a few, but many hundred at least). Passengers were simultaneously swatting mosquitoes from the first row to the last row. The mosquitoes then joined us for the duration of the flight; well many of them were swatted as evidenced by the bloody mosquito parts left on the walls and overhead bins. I don't blame the cabin crew for this event, especially since they had to endure it as well. However the attitude was that things like this are just part of flying these days, along with lousy food and shrinking leg room. I guess that's the truth of it though. Also not to be over-reactive but there is a public health component to this; Mexico had 805 cases of zika in 2017. And although in general we may be more at risk from a local mosquito that has fed on an already infected tourist, we should make an attempt to limit the introduction of any infectious vectors.."

By the time the lady got to the back she stood there for a while gossiping with another traveler without even glancing over at us and was holding our commentary cookies in her hand. She finally acknowledged us and when I asked for the cheese platter I was informed they had sold out... At that point I was HUNGRY and tired and honestly irritated that we had to sit there for several minutes without being acknowledged so she could gossip with a passenger. I ended up having to buy a box that I really didn't like but I didn't want to be cranky cuz I was hungry and I needed to eat something. Also, I had a middle seat ALL the way in the back of the plane next to a crying baby, which I couldn't change even though I was "given the option to." I have a difficult time flying if I can't see out the window. That just added to the irritation of the situation :/ I fly Alaska a lot and I was surprised at how bad this flight experience was..."

We had a pet for which we had paid for round trip reservation months ago, yet agent took quite awhile to reconcile our reservations. We stood in line for nearly a half hour during which their were very long lines at each check in point and at least one or two agents left on breaks while the lines were still very long. At Burbank the agents were fast, accurate and there were almost no waiting. The flight itself was great and the flight attendants were excellent; but not impressed at all with check in at Seattle."

Please know that even in long flights you will be very hungry! There is no real food served. A “flight fuel” box is offered for $10 but it is nothing of substance. And don’t expect to eat in the airport before your connecting flight because you will likely be sitting on on the tarmac waiting to park and get off the plane for the time you had available to grab food as Delta can’t seem to get their flights coordinated to get you there on time!
The process from the airport gate to the bus ride for boarding was unorganized.
I wrote a review to Delta already expressing my dislike of the fact that I could not get a seat assigned upon checkin or even at the airport until maybe 1 hr before my flight. The cabo representative (not part of the flight crew based from Los Angeles) was rude and not accommodating, so my wife and I had to sit separately, which was frustrating to say the least, given I had followed the entire online check in protocol, including uploading digital copies of my negative COVID-19 test.
The flight back from Cabo was excellent however the flight from LAX was terrible. I was happy by accident to get to LAX 4 hours,early. It took almost all 4 hours. I dont think I will fly with Delta out of LAX anytime soon.

Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"

The Aeromexico ground crew is not very helpful and not very informative at all. I know the México airport is very crowded but they should explain better to the their customers.

Cons: "No food menus were given (understandable for sanitary reasons) but Flight attendants could not tell what was in the main courses, eep for saying one had pasta, one had chicken... besides the complete vagueness, it can be a problem for people with certain food allergies and intolerance. Also, I never received a breakfast (it was an 11 hour flight). I might have been asleep, not sure but then again once I was awake, no flight attendant came to ask if I wanted breakfast. In other words, while flight personnel was polite, they did not provide a very attentive service (and there were only 11 of us in the AM Premier business sections)."
Pros: "The fact that I made it to my destination on time, Barely. The crew was professional but not too involved, mostly hung out in the back of the plane having personal conversations. Pilot was very dry, and I really didn’t feel welcome to be a passenger."
Cons: "The boarding process is ridiculous, rush everyone to a bus and just to sit on a plane for an hour?! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen experienced during a flight. What were the flight attendants doing?? Nothing. Didn’t offer any water or a misery of a snack while we waited. The pilot didn’t tell us anything, like where we were in line for departure, or what the hold up was. Very poor flight experience. I will avoid Mexico City airports and Aeromexico for a while...please contact me for more details. Thank you."
Cons: "When you have a family emergency the last thing you ever want to hear is that you are "completely full and you will need to wait until the next available flight". This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. We even bought the insurance on the flight to assure nothing went wrong but yet he was still left behind hours to wait for another flight and see IF THAT ONE had room. How is this even possible? Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this."

Cons: "After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware.."
Cons: "My credit card was cloned (that happened soon after I book my ticket with you) and used in the Middle East. Lots of money were taken, I had to cancel my credit card, I had to go the police, etc, etc I regret to use your services"
Pros: "Perfect timing, pilots throttled up to catch up on a delayed departure, absolutely bang on. Cabin crew were great. Comfortable seats with recline."
Cons: "Inside could do with a clean, but it was an older 737 workhorse, typical wear & tear. I paid more than expected but I did get a good reliable service."
Cons: "I actually arrived early, which turned out to be a mistake, because Aeromexico moved the gate to the farthest possible new gate location while I was away getting a sandwich, which was itself delayed. When I noticed the change, I ran to the new gate and waited 10 minutes while they talked to the boarding people, who wouldn't let me on. After several hours of bag retrieval, having to buy a new full price ticket, having my cards declined due to the price and circumstances, having to go through 2+ wrong directions for each step of the process, determining that maybe one employee in five could speak even minimal English in an international airport, I finally got on a Delta flight. In sum, won't be flying on Aeromexico in future."

Everything I had was taken out of my luggage, this had to happen during check in the Mexico airport. I have tried contacting Aeromexico by phone multiple times and no one has been able to help, I finally spoke with a representative who advised to email firstname.lastname@example.org and to wait 72 hrs, have done this twice with no response. This is going on two weeks now and have not been able to resolve my issue!"
Cons: "I have traveled all over the world. From China to Peru, name it and I’ve been there, and I have never been treated more poorly as consistently as I was by Aeromexico today. After forgetting the bottom of a piece of paper I was not told I needed to keep with me (it was given to me when I landed in Mexico), I was turned away from the gate minutes before boarding. I was told to exit the terminal (with no options as to what to do with my duty free purchases) and pay a 600 pesos fee for a new piece of paper. Ok, fair enough. When I get there, they don’t take credit cards. Aeromexico shrugs their shoulders yet again. I run across the airport to another terminal to get cash to pay for the silly paper, run back to get it, sprint across the airport (again, with ZERO help from the airline getting through security to make my flight) only to have the door closed in my face. Defeated I walk to the module in the terminal to ask for a new flight to be told I have to exit the terminal AGAIN. I ask what I do with my duty free purchases (bottles of tequila I cannot bring in again) and I’m told I should check them in with my luggage. After informing the agent I don’t have luggage (it was a short trip) i was told I would need to purchase luggage. THEN, I was told my rescheduling fee for the flight would be $720, a full priced fare. Never flying Aeromexico again. I’ll take 3 planes on American before a direct flight with them. Enjoy."

Cons: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."
Cons: "A flight attendant put me on the spot, holding up a line of people on the plane, asking me to switch from a window seat to a middle to accommodate other passengers only to find out the reason being that the other passengers took up more than his/her one seat. I was elbowed the entire flights, couldn't even put the arm rest down , and had to rest my elbows on my hips to eat or drink anything. I understand it is not up to the crew to manager passenger behavior but the only reason I was put in that situation was due to the airline staff. I was extremely uncomfortable and after traveling for over 20 hours I was livid with how I was treated just because I am a small caucasian female."
Pros: "Good entertainment - polite crew that was willing to help once on board the plane."
Cons: "Boarding - Crew member came around to check passports but neglected to also check for immigration papers - caused one friend to miss his flight and myself nearly to miss my flight though we arrived two hours early. Checked my baggage when it didn't need to be checked / met appropriate baggage standards. Being loaded onto trams was a bit of an inconvenience - but not the worst thing ever. No vegetarian option for food - wasn't able to eat. It was indicated we'd be served dinner on board but not that there was only one meat option (I'm allergic to mammmal meat - beef and pork in particular). Most other flights give the option of meat or vegetarian dishes."

Cons: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

Cons: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."
Cons: "I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving."
Cons: "Too many gate changes. They changes gates atleast four times for each flight. And long wait(more than an hour for each flight) at the boarding queue.Even the business class seats were very dirty. No vegetarian food. The TV remote did not work. And there were only 4 movies in the entertainment section and nothing else. No TV series or any other videos. The crew was courteous. That was the only good thing about the flight. Highly disappointed."
Cons: "My flight ended up being cancelled from San Jose to Mexico City back to Portland OR. Aeromexico told me there was no way they could get me home that day and that they would pay for my hotel, food etc. i cried my eyes out and begged to get me back to America. Somehow after about 30 minutes of back and forth, Austin Lopez with Aeromexico saved the day!! He got me several connecting flights back to Oregon and I was home the next morning very early. He was very sweet and caring. I wish I could tell his boss how amazing he was! Thank you again Austin!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours and it was never communicated to the passengers through the monitors. None of the flight info was updated on the monitors and we had no idea about: 1. which gate the flight was supposed to depart from 2. the correct time of the new departure since the flight was late 3. whether the flight was canceled all together The monitors showed the flight was on time until the actual time of departure. I almost missed my flight because I was never notified about the information above. The Aeromexico agents at the airport were not helpful at all: they did not know anything about the issue with the flight. I had to stay in a long line just to have them look up the flight in the computer and tell me that the flight was delayed. No other information was given to me. Terrible experience, especially after a long stopover."
Cons: "It was a horrible flight because the plane did not land in Mexico city due to fog. The plane was about 600 feet from the ground and then diverted to Acapulo. We sat on the plane for 3 hours then waited in line for an additional 4 hours to get another flight. Then when we got to Mexico city, our next flight was canceled after boarding the plane. Again their excuse was due to weather. All other airlines were landing and taking off just fine. Aeromexico did not compensate us and we ended up spending the night in the airport. We will never fly Aeromexico again!"
Pros: "The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. The in-flight meal and movie selection were both really great."
Cons: "The servers were a bit rude--they spilled juice on me--but, to be fair, I was failing to speak spanish, which is also very rude. The only tough thing about this flight was that we changed gates about 4 times, then got switched to a very distant gate at the ass-end of the terminal (literally, the lights were flickering. It was eerie.) THEN we had to take a bus out onto the tarmack to get onto the plane. But that's a small inconvenience considering we travelled from Mexico City to JFK in like 5 hours."
Pros: "In flight Mexico-Lax the entertaiment was really great. They should offer more than one drink in all trip. It was my first time traveling aeromexico."
Cons: "By unnafortunadly circunstances my family and i lost the first flight from guatemala to mexico city, and the atention service agent didn´t care about our situation so he gives us just one option and it was pay for next fly to mexico, we told him that it wasn´t correct because we had been tried so hard to get the fligth, the fact was that where no more option and we paid for the next fligth. The people working for aeromexico should be more prepared to attend the costumer, i think they would be help us instead of force us to pay as the last chance that we had. Sorry about my bad english, i hope this works for you."

Cons: "The English on board was rushed and I could hardly understand what they were saying. I tried to call TWICE to make sure that I could change dietary preferences because I have food allergies and I was told both times that I was unable to. This is not fair for the price paid for flights. I am very unhappy with the fact that there was food served onboard and that, when I tried to tell the airline what I could and could not eat, that they did not change my preferences or even give me the option."
Pros: "The snack - such as it is - is certainly a step above what I get when I fly the same route on United. Also the entertainment system is much better, and free! Cabin staff are friendly and efficient. The seating is about the same as on every other airline. I was in steerage for the Mexico City - San Jose leg. A lady was seated in my window seat when I boarded, and seemed surprised when I insisted on reclaiming my seat (She had the middle seat). In contrast to Mexico City, the San Jose airport is a model of efficiency. Immigration is rapid, luggage comes out on the carousel in good time, and best of all there is a duty free shop right in the luggage claim area, so it is unnecessary to buy liquor ahead of time."
Cons: "Mexico City is a terrible airport to have to pass through. Everyone has to go through Immigration (similar to US airports in that regard) even if just in transit. However, they have few officers there, and almost half of the available booths weren't even manned. The result was chaos, with the immigration hall filled with grouchy travellers, and other travellers stuck in aircraft waiting to disembark. Expect to be stuck in Immigration for a minimum of an hour after landing; maybe plan on 1 1/2 hours just to get through Immigration and Customs. And if you are making a connection, whatever you do don't go through the sliding doors on the other side of Customs - I made that mistake once! I speak Spanish, so the following comments are not coloured by language difficulties ... Security staff are unfriendly. While there is supposed to be free wifi in the departure lounge, I couldn't figure out how to use it. A gate agent told me there wasn't any free wifi, all the time standing beside a sign that said there was. I was also singled out for a spot check of my hand luggage right in the jetway. The unfriendly lady doing that search so disarranged my stuff that I couldn't find my Kindle when I got on the plane, so was without my planned reading material."
Pros: "Flight 1: bathroom bigger. Flight 2: good service. In flight 2, the service was better. We could sit next to each other. Flight 2 had better entertainment, more choice of movies and better screens."
Cons: "In flight 1, from São Paulo to Mexico City, my husband and I were separated. It was suggested by the stewardess for him to move to another seat 20 rows away due to his size. Instead of separating two people, why not ask the single person if she would rather have more room. But the steward said only one of us could move, me or my husband. The reason he was moved was that there were two empty seats, so he could sit comfortably; however, no one told the woman sitting in the three seat aisle that he would be sitting there. So she basically took over her seat and the neighbouring one. The crew should have been the one to inform her the reason for his move there. It was a horrible and unnecessary experience. Because of my husband's size, I am needed to help him with his tray and I had his medication."

Cons: "While checking in I had a horrible experience with "manager" Abel he was rude , uneducated , sarcastic ,ignorant and not professional at all. I had to pay for a bag I had checked in online and had no charges at the time and when I arrived at airport he/she would not listen to me and only kept saying "new policy" was implemented on the day I was traveling . Which I thought was very unfair and should have been told day I checked in online. When I asked for his name and poof of policy , he said very ignorant I don't have to give you that information! So do you wanna travel or not? Pay the $25 fee !! And when I told him he was rude and ignorant he threaten me with calling security!! Not taking in consideration he had 4 other angry passengers on the side waiting to pay a made up policy ."

Cons: "The system they have to check in is the worst. Why should you have to make a HUGE LONG line to print a boarding pass than go make another HUGE LONG LINE to check in your bags. On top of it all they charge $25 for the first bag you check in. WTF that's just being crazy. Soon they will charge people to use the on board toilet. The crew members were very rude, don't smile. They give you actitude when you asthem for something. Uncomfortable seats from the 80's. Smelly airplane. I wouldn't recommend flying with Aeromexico ever!"
Pros: "The manager was really nice, and the customer service desk people were every nice too. I was compensated for being kicked off the flight, and they helped me re-book a direct flight to get home. The resolution was fine."
Cons: "Was kicked off my flight for some reason. It was not explained to me very well, but I gathered it was from another plane earlier in the day that was cancelled. I don't know how I was selected to be kicked off. The poor communication was very annoying. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes after the airline personnel took my STB ticket, and didn't tell me what was going on. Would have been a LOT more pleasant of they just told me the flight was full, and my name would be called if I was on the flight. Then I could at least sit down, instead of standing there for 45 minutes."
Cons: "Basically I had 4h of connection in Mexico City and even so Aeromexico made me miss the flight to extort money. After arriving in Mexico City Took 1.5 hours to get the bags. Then another 0.5 h for re-inspection. After 2h they still had not set the boarding gate so I went to the international boarding area. As I was close the gates 30 min before boarding I decided to look for my gate and to my surprise they changed to the national boarding on the opposite side where it should be. I arrived at the gate 15 min before the scheduled departure time and the plane had already taken off without announcing my name! From that moment Aeromexico totally abandoned me! Basically the only solution they offered me was to buy a new ticket for Houston for $ 1,400.00 because there was no place on any flight! I missed my work day, my US phone did not work in Mexico City and I thought I had to sleep at the airport! Thank goodness the airport's consumer protection staff helped me a lot. They somehow managed an Aeromexico flight on the same day with no additional cost. The flight I got there were 4 empty seats and they were trying to charge me $1,400. Shame on you Aeromexico."
Cons: "I had purchased a ticket to fly from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City on Thursday, November 24. When I arrived at the airport, I came to an airport that was "shutdown". According to a few people I spoke to, it was because of a protest. I was not emailed or notified that I was wasting my time and money trying getting to an airport that wasn't flying out any planes that day. I was very distraught and disappointed because I am a foreigner and there was no representative front the airport or airline that this was happening and what's are the next steps I should take to get on the next plane back to United States. I spent hours and hours calling Aeromar about rebooking my flight for tomorrow so I can get out of this city. It was a nightmare on the phone because it was like the employees were trained not to help. I was told it wasn't their fault, and I need to call aero Mexico to get this straightened out. Not one employee from the many I spoke to consistently throughout the day tried to rebook my flight. They wanted me to pay for another flight which is absolutely ridiculous. I missed my flight because of some protest, something not in my control, and i kept being told too bad. I did not get offfere one solution by your staff. I was left to figure what I was going to do by myself. I didn't leave Puerto Escondido until 24 hours after I was suppose to and it was not by the help of your staff. Because of this, I will highly consider not buying tickets from this airline of their is any other option because it was an awful experience. One of He aero Mexico employees told me to stop acting childish because I was upset about missing my flight for reasons i didn't control. The customer service for aero Mexico was worse then aeromar. They kept blaming aero mar and kept saying they need to figure everything out, yet these two airline work together. Aero Mexico is the one that helps get the flight to other smaller cities. All around I had a miserable day and not one person I called from aero Mexico, like aero mar helped me or offered a solution."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours to Mexico and on our return to LAX our seats were RESOLD and reissued to other passengers and we were told we would be put on the first flight the following day! Heck no, we were not about to let that happen. Finally after multiple conversations with the "people in charge" we were able to be "accommodated" on the next flight- 6 hrs after our original flight. I called customer service for Aeromexico to submit a complaint for the awful experience, not once did they apologize for an inconvenience and make matters worse they said it was my fault my tickets had been re-issued. The customer service woman explained that "I had not paid for a seat on that flight that I had only paid for a reservation" therefor making all of this my fault. This is one of many reasons Mexico is so corrupt."

Después tuve que esperar unas horas para que llegara mi vuelo a DF. Perdí mi conexión a Sácramento. Fui a aeromar y estaba cerrado, nadie me ayudó. Fui a la oficina y cerrado. Después llame a aeromar y nadie me ayudó y me colgaron. La boda de mi hermano es en unas horas y ahora tuve que comprar otro boleto de avión a un precio muy alto"
Pros: "Terrible because I was standing in the inner gate area waiting for my friend who had to run to immigration and the plane took off without anyone telling me. I was going to get on when it was ready to leave but didn't have the chance. When I went to the aeomexico ticket booth to get a new ticket they were going to charge me an exorbitant price so I went to American Airlines. I also had to sleep in Mexico City which cost Me an additional $550. All in all the missing of my flight cost me over $1000. I'm so mad about it. Lynn Fecteau 305-854-0891"

Cons: "I booked a flight from LAX to Madrid with a transfer through Mexico City. There was an hour and a half layover which I assumed would be enough time, otherwise why would this even be an option? First my flight arrived in Mexico City late. I run off the plane and proceed to go through immigration and customs which really makes no sense since I am not even in the country for more than an hour at the airport, but I understand this is protocol. What made no sense was there was no separate line to allow people who were trying to make connections to at least skip the gigantic line, nor was there global entry. I ended up missing my flight, even though I arrived at the gate 5 minutes prior to departure. They would not let me on, and then gave me three options for future departures, none which were direct, all which left at least 6 hours later, and I would arrive in Madrid at 11 pm at night and miss an entire first day of my vacation. I was a solo female traveler, which made this even less ideal, as I do not like to wander around alone at night in a foreign city without getting my bearings first during the day. The guy was extremely unhelpful at the desk, and also proceeded the luggage tag of another solo traveler who was in my same predicament. Once I finally arrived in Madrid they told me my luggage was missing, icing on the cake. So now I am stuck in Spain with no luggage, and they still cannot find where it is. Will never take this airline again. They also refused to at least compensate me for a hotel since it was my fault that I booked through another company rather than directly through their website. Worst experience ever."

Cons: "Arrived at MEX to get through thousands of people at immigration and customs. Ended up missing my connection by a meer few minutes because of the sheer volume. Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board."

Cons: "My 2nd flight from Mexico City to Santiago was delayed 6 hours, my trip to Santiago is now going to be 1 1/2 days late to arrive. Not Happy. When I stepped off of the flight into Mexico City I was given a hotel and meal voucher, and directed to the customs area, with no information regarding where the location of the hotel was or how to get there. With no knowledge of Mexico City and knowing very little Spanish, by the time I exchanged money, and found a taxi to down town Mexico City, l then had about 2 hours to try to sleep before taking another taxi back to the airport. Not happy at all, I should have stayed at the airport for the 6 hours. The hotel offer was good, but not having a shuttle or any help from the airlines in a city that I know nothing about was unacceptable. Very Unhappy."
Extremely disappointing. The American Airlines crew strike is affecting their flights deeply. The crew didn’t show up for our flight so we were delayed 2 hours.

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."

Gracias to her!!"

I checked my bag because they said they were running out overhead space and then they went and put my bag on a LATER FLIGHT so I still don’t have my bag"

Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."

Cons: "The trip is still ongoing 6 hours after it was to have been over and we still have a couple more hours to go. I understand that things happen, but most of the problems today seem to have been preventable. First, our plane in Lihue was delayed for over 3 hours because they could not get a working fuel truck to fill the plane. Three hours? This caused us to miss our connection in LA, although just barely. We had to wait onboard so that we could use the same gate that our outgoing plane was departing from. If we had just been sent to a different gate we. Oils have made our original flight. So, they put us on a flight to Chicago because there were no more flights to Minneapolis. Then, once in Chicago the incoming plane was delayed and we sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes before deplaning. Then after an hour delay we were told the crew was on the ground and we were boarded. Sat in the plane for another hour, then we’re told we were still waiting for crew members that were delayed so we deplaned again. Another 90 minutes past and we got back on the plane and sat for another 45 minutes. We are finally pulling away from the gate. Hallelujah!"

Pros: "The flight to New York was not full and I was surprised when the representative automatically upgrades me to an even-more seat, which I found great because at 6-feet tall I had a tough time on the way to England being in the right spaces at the rear of the airplane."
Cons: "More than a 2 hour delay in Madrid for American Airlines to replace the seat harness on the Co-pilot's chair. This seems like an evolution that should never delay a flight if the proper preventive maintenance had been performed. Very little info was given and there did not seem to be any concern by the pilot or flight attendants once the flight was boarded due to the delay. I was very relieved, however, when we arrived at JFK and AA had a point of contact helping folks with close flights. We originally had 3.5 hours to make our connection to BWI, but due to the delay, had less than an hour to go thru Passport control, rescreening and entry to the terminal, but we made it. Thank you for the personal representative. I did not get her name, but she was very, very helpful."
