Cons: "Three delays. From takeoff time of 9:50 to 10:40 to 11:23 to 12:05. The ostensible delay was the incoming plane, which landed before 10 PM but - lo and behold, it was an international flight, surely something we didnt know when it took off - it went to gate 94 and had to be cleared blah blah blah. Each delay was predictable and JetBlue could easily have simply informed the passengers that we would be delayed 90-120 minutes rather than stringing us along with bite sized delays with insipid explanations. If there was really anything to JetBlues "award winning customer service" I would imagine they would have not insulted everyone's intelligence and been honest about the delays - which pushed arrival time to 2 am. I travel a good bit - three or four times a month - but cant remember the last time I flew JetBlue. JetBlue will certainly be right there with Frontier and Allegiant on airlines I'll seek to avoid. I dont know if it was just base level incompetence or if they dialed it up for the occasion, but it was on full display for the holidays."

Cons: "The flight is so much delayed. The flight attendent seemed not happy about me with a two year old, which makes traveling with a kid so unpleasant. When my kid asked to go to restroom, it seemed that we’re troulesome. My mom missed the water when they gave out drinks, but they did not come back for us. When I went to the back to ask for my mom, they said they’re cleaning up already."

Cons: "Our flight was 3 hours late. Was supposed to leave at 10pm and left at 1:13 am!! Customer service at jetblue kept lying about the aircrafts whereabouts and crew. They barely gave us updates, and at one point once everyone started asking questions and getting upset, they disappeared from the desk for an hour at least. The crew was late, there was no food, customer service had quite an inappropriate attitude, and tvs on the plane barely worked,"
Pros: "Cabin crew was warm, friendly, engaging, fun, yet professional and prompt with their service"
Pros: "The boarding crew was amazing, my boyfriend and I had different seats and they were able to arrange for us to sit next to each other. They were polite and very accommodating."
Cons: "The flight was terrible it seemed like this was the first time the pilot drove a plane. Even two pilots that were sitting were speaking about how terrible the flight was. And the flight attendants were acting like they had no home training, no manners/ professionalism and always had an attitude. These flight attendants were making jokes about a belligerent passenger instead of trying to help fix the situation. This was my first time ever taking a JetBlue flight and will sure be my last, especially when I paid 100 dollars more for this flight than what United was offering- I should of took United."

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Cons: "Gate D60 is the gate from hell. I was told to go to a different number gate 3 times, and no direction board to reference. Worst airport ever. The staff are rude and could not understand most overhead announcements because their accents and talking super fast."
Cons: "The seating were very uncomfortable the tv screen are small and old fashioned. Compare to other airlines very uncomfortable and they made me check in my carry on bag to charge $60 so disappointed I been taking this carry on for long time no other airline ever made me do that will not recommend"

Cons: "The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal."
Cons: "Delayed and had to fly around when getting to Newark. Supposed to land at 11:30 and it’s 1:40am and not even off the plane. Never flying American again."

Cons: "They charge you for everything including water for three dollars. Their baggage has a maximum weight of 40 pounds unlike any other airline. They make you pay for carry-ons. They make you pay to pick your seat. You have to pay extra for everything so the bottom line is spirit is probably the most expensive airline to fly. The seats are tiny the trays are tiny, they don’t have TVs, seats do not recline. First and last time Flying with them. My bags were 42 pounds and 46 pounds and I had to pay and additional $30 for each of them."
Cons: "we were given multiple notices, late---on time---late---finally when told the flight was on time, we went to the airport, only to wait 5 hours. spirit was not honest with us, and they did not compensate us t all, not even with a soft drink once on board"

Cons: "The whole experience is worth the low fare, rather pay a little more that have Spirit haggle you for luggage, fee seating fee, beverage fee and what else. In the end its cheaper getting on to a normal airline with a seat that reclines, something to drink at no charge and no additional fees. You end up saving ZERO with Spirt Air"
Cons: "They cancelled My Wednesday flight and told me the soonest they could fly me back was Sunday. So I took a more expensive delta flight."

Cons: "Airport • Kayak as a third party website usually gives a flat rate, we pay, and that’s it. Not with Spirit Airlines. When you get to the counter you HAVE TO PAY EXTRA for your carryon ($55) and your checked bag ($50). That’s an extra $100 that could have been used to purchase a flat rate flight through Kayak. • You can only pay with a card, you can barely use cash Flight • Seating was too tight, no room to stretch out • Snacks even the minimum was expensive. $4 for a 4 oz of juice with ice and more • When descending for landing the pilot circled around for a full hour- first we were over the incorrect airport then when we arrived at the correct airport there was too much air traffic to land right away. Between the surprise fees I did not budget for and the extra GS expenses, along with everything else, I will not ride Soirit Airlines again."
