Cons: Delayed flight again. The American Airlines norm now. Seats are small. I ended up sharing part of mine with the man next to me. No food or snacks No entertainment. Not even a skymall magazine to keep me amused.

Pros: The flight was great and it was 30 minutes early ! What airline actually arrives early anymore ?

Pros: We were deplained twice from two different plains going to LGA. We are now booked on a third plain going to JFK. Hope we can get home. I have a surgical appointment tomorrow.

Cons: We bought First Class tickets. But we were downgraded How do you think we should feel ? We have been in Charlotte since 9:30 AM It is now 6:45 PM Should we use the train to go home?

Pros: The crew & pilot were awesome. At least they provided snacks & water while we waited and kept us informed of delays the whole time.

Cons: My flight was delayed then cancelled with no option to seek a seat on an alternative airline. I had to fly standby. Fortunately, I was able to get a seat on the 3:30 flight (my original flight was scheduled for 10:45am). When I arrived at my destination I was exhausted from spending all day in the airport!

Pros: the flight attendant Lynda was amazing this is my first flight with delta and i will return on delta from now on and it's due to her. so pros Lynda thank you so much the lady from Waterloo iowa

Cons: Our flight was delayed making it so I and several others had less than 4 minutes to catch our next flight. The flight attendants wouldn’t help us at all. Instead of having us come to the front of the plane to exit first we had to ask the rest of the passengers if they didn’t mind letting us through to catch our flight. I have severe psoriatic arthritis and I had to sprint to my next gate that had been changed making it much farther away from our arrival gate. Now I get to spend my vacation in pain trying to recover.

Pros: Frequent updates from crew and quick boarding. Everything ran smoothly.

Cons: There was a slight wait at arrival gate for gangway operator.

Cons: I had a basic economy seat. Even though I had seat 7D I was zone 5 to board. Because I was basic I was not permitted to bring a bag. I wasn't able to check in. I had to go to the desk to prove I didnt have a bag to check. When I got on the plane because I was zone 5 there wasnt any space above for my personal item and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Never again.

Pros: We liked the fact that George and Amanda were so very nice helping us when our flight was so late that we might miss our connecting flight. They assisted us getting seats on another carrier.

Cons: We didn't like that they kept changing the times we might be departing. One minute it's an hour, the next it's 2. No consistency.

Pros: Left the gate one minute early, sat on the tarmac for 20 minutes, arrived 10 minutes early.

Cons: Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move.

Pros: All went well. No real disappointments!

Cons: A little cramped but not terrible. Would like to know kayak fee up front before booking and all hidden charges!

Cons: The flight was delayed multiple times, the directions on having boarding passes on the app or printed prior were not given so found that our last minute to avoid paying the front desk clerk $5.00. The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable.

Cons: Small crowded aircraft with minimal overhead storage. The seat pitch was so limited my knees were against the seat in front of me. The tray table couldn’t be lowered completely. Small child behind me kicked my seat during the entire fight.

Cons: Excessive delays. Was scheduled to leave CLT at 3:21 PM, then rescheduled to depart at 423; then waited on the tarmac to take off for about 45 mins total; didn't arrive in NYC until around 718 PM; very long day with Delta Airlines.

Pros: Easy check in, helpful staff. Great seats and lovely in-flight amenities. Most of the food was really good and quite a bit was offered during the flight. Arrived early and staff was really helpful in getting through customs.

Cons: Weight limit on baggage was very strict. Boarding took a long time and seemed disorganized.

Pros: Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising.

Cons: Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap.

Pros: My mom is disabled and was flying alone. United was amazing. As soon as I pulled near the curb someone was there with a wheelchair. I parked the car and he waited for me. He already checked her in dropped her bag off and was waiting for me. He said that he was going to take my mom through security and bring her all the way to the gate. I was so relieved because I was not able to travel with her but felt she was in good hands.

Cons: On the way up on my trip with my handbag and a backpack I was okay to go .. on the way back Spirt puts you on a vulnerable situation where the same carry on now cost $65.00 to board with no time to spare when boarding.. they stand st the entrance snd check for customers with more than one item when the same thing gong is not El accepted coming back .. SPIRT SUCKS AND THEY ARE CROOKS

Pros: Although Spirit Airlines is seemingly less than the majority of professional rivals, it comes with a price that is an overall lacking of value in service. You don't get a carry on baggage, just a small personal bag. Inflight meals and snacks are offered but you will pay extra. And amazingly it is the first flight I have experienced a serious headache on. I don't know when I will be flying with Spirit again.

Cons: Flight was delayed due to waiting for a crew, so we missed our connection in JFK and had to spend the night in JFK (or would've had to spend the night in RDU). Jet Blue does not help pay for hotels, even when the delay is their fault.

Pros: 1. Flight attendants and staff were friendly. 2. We were offered extra drink and snacks during our delay. 3. After we missed our connecting flight, we called the Jetblue hotline and we were rebooked on the next flight out (the following morning).

Cons: 1. We were delayed 3 hours overall - 1 at the airport before boarding, then 2 sitting in the plane on the runway. 2. Wifi didn't seem to be working while we were in the air, so we couldn't check the status of our connecting flight. 3. After we missed our connecting flight, we asked the representative at the "Ask Jetblue" desk if we could get a hotel voucher since we would be stranded at the airport overnight for another 9 hours and we were told we didn't qualify since the delay was due to Air Traffic Control, thus Jetblue policy says they don't need to provide any compensation for any delays caused by ATC.
