First of all, you never told me where to pick. I guess I never read the emails, but you never told me where to pick up the car so when I got to Florida airport, I tried to reach out to you and there’s no nowhere to call and it was voice automated is my first time to run from you guys so it be nice to receive a phone call the day before or two days before to tell me where to pick up the car And I thought it was actually gonna be easy to pick up the car at the airport that would be easy, but I am new to renting cars so it would be nice to get feedback but I’m hoping that you guys could reimburse me the $90 for fee but if you can reach out to me, my number is 9175181031. I never got the car so how can I know? I’m not computer savvy on the computer so having to rent with somebody else but going forward I think I know it’s on my part but should’ve reached out to me. Shuttle experience was good; not long to wait. Once on site of rental car, service was mediocre. Rep treated us like we were trying to take advantage and he kept repeating the policy even though we were not arguing the fact of paying extra fees. He just didn’t have the best customer service attitude. He chose the worst car when he found out it was a one-way rental; the car was missing a hubcap and was not the best comfort ride in the interstate.Reviewed Jul 22 2024

Unfortunately, we have to wait more than an hour to get a car, in a cabin without air conditioning with very unfriendly staff. When we finally got the car, it was very dirty. in addition, we received a car that was non-evaporative. The left rear tire was deflating and I had to fill it every day. when I called the office, they told me that they don't have a car available at the moment and that if I want another car, I should come to them and wait until someone returns the rental car. The least I expected was for them to apologize and bring me another car to the hotel where I was staying. Very bad experience.Reviewed Jul 21 2024

They just want to make extra money wherever they can from customers by charging for late drop off though when we picked up car we asked about return time. Very unprofessional. Never rent another vehicle from there and we told same thing to friends and family too.Reviewed Jul 19 2024

Due to Westjet airline strike I never actually got to use my rental. I was able to cancel my rental the morning off without penalty or cost and that was awesome since we already had the disappointment of missing out on our trip. There is no such thing as having an "appointment" to pick up a car. I showed up at my appointment time and had to wait for an hour because they didn't have any Cars. Additionally, I called corporate customer service to request to pick up the car earlier than my scheduled time to which two separate people on 2 different days confirmed, only to be told by a 3rd person on the Day of pick up that changing appointment times was against company policy. The phone number listed on the business website was sent to an automated Verizon message without a voicemail.Reviewed Jul 18 2024

Terrible!!! what started out as a $431.00 rental turned into a $809. charge on my credit card. They charge me for roadside assistance that I neither needed nor was asked if I did, I have full CAA coverage. Becareful of what you initial!! I was also charge a $250. for extra dirt. seems like they smelled smoke, although I do not smoke. I complained to head office with no success.
