Cons: They tried to give me a car I had not booked but not for free. They were not honest and upfront. We had to wait too long to finally get what we had booked. Customer service agents were rude. I will never rent from ACE again!

Cons: They rented out all their cars although I booked it in advance. They told me this after I waited for the shuttle for over 40 minutes. Poor communication effort, worst service. I will never use this company ever again.

Orlando, FL Rental
Pros: I rented a Nissan Altima and the car was exactly what I expected and the price was great.
Cons: Was surprised by how many people were returning their cars at 5:30 AM on a Sunday morning

Cons: The real business for these people is thay make u take their insurance and don't let you use yours. I have a progressive insurance card. Valid of course. And the rent which was going to be of 25 dollars plus taxes increased to 130 dollars.

Cons: We selected our car on the KAYAK app. When we arrived at the Car Rental Pl., Ace., they explained that size vehicle was not available. Because we needed a car right away we took a smaller vehicle but had paid for a larger one.

Cons: Very disorganized and inconvenient (located off site from airport). There were 5 people in line in front of me yet I still stood there waiting for 40 minutes. Awful experience

Pros: They do not tell you that if your a florida resident you only get 100 miles a day. Nor that tete Do not allow there cars to leave florida

It was the worse experience ever!!!!
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Customer service and experience was a nightmare. Ace is the worse place to rent a car!

No Car Available - Charged Me Anyway
Cons: Didnt call me to tell me they had NO cars, got a charge on my card anyway. When i called to complain they wanted to charge me $25 for cancelling my reservation!

Do not be in a hurry
Pros: The car was in great condition and had satellite included.
Cons: Off airport location was very inconvenient in Orlando, unlike in Minneapolis where it is very convenient. Allow plenty of time to get your car and drop it off.

Disgusting. Never rent from them.
Cons: -One of the staff members - Naser is such a stupid. Never initiate a conversation with him -I thought Ace was cheap but turned out it was SH*T! -There are a lot of cheap car rentals within the airport (ez cars, ..). For ACE, you will need to take a shuttle that keeps going for ever. -They did not have cars, and was asked to visit firefly. I had to travel all the way back to the airport and was told that firefly did not have any either. I haven't had the same experience with other ACE locations though. This is definitely an aberration. You may want to look at their reviews before you book!

Customer service is not good.
Pros: I did a little research before renting fr ACE. I rented fr them in Orlando, Florida and knew its a 5min drive to get to their pick and drop off location, they hav a shuttle. I didnt know they will be charging few other taxes aside fr whats indicated in the booking. Do i hav a choice? Upon dropping off the car the agent had me wait for quite a while just to tell me in the end "leave the key." How rude! To Ace staff, Guys we dont owe you anything, you are there to serve coz the salary you get is from the renting public. Know where you stand. The rent is cheap, yes. The cars are new in MCO location, yes. Staff are so so, big YES.

some what frustrating
Pros: The car was newer model and clean. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off at the airline terminal was convenient.
Cons: The reservation deposit was $25.00 when I believed the cost of rental had been taken. At the counter the news of the rental not being covered was explained. The customer pickup location was not displayed and there were no directions inside the terminal at baggage claim to point you in the right direction to be picked up. The baggage claim is on a higher level than the pick up location and no directions. I had to call the agency to inquire if there was a shuttle. The agent said proceed to the lower level and wait in lane 11 or 12 for the shuttle. ACE rental identification was not on the sign at lane 11 or 12 so it was confusing not knowing if this was the right location to board the shuttle. The office staff standing around was having conversations and activities that did not concern or relate to customer business causing me to have to wait to be waited on. Office environment was unprofessional and uncaring. You have to remember the customers are people who have traveled to a new unfamiliar location and need to feel comfortable. The office was a small building on the lot that exhibited new business that just got started, lighting could have been brighter and rental lot was off airport property apparently in the neighborhood. They did not have any maps for customers. Staff exhibited an inexperienced demeanor toward customers - customer service really needs to be improved. It was good I had GPS on my phone or this location would have been very difficult to find upon return and confusing to start my journey. My experience was just 'OK'.

Cons: Ace representative said to wait at a numbered parking space in front of the airport terminal for pick. Driver did not show up. Reservation cancelled and i will not rent from Ace again.

Great service and best price.
Pros: Best price for and ease of check out for full sized car. They were rented out of the full sized and I was upgraded to SUV for $125 for 3 days.

Pros: They gave me a complimentary upgrade and I drove off in a brand new Nissan Rogue. They were easy to work with and very courteous. The shuttle drivers did an excellent job and were helpful and knowledgable about the airport.
Cons: They are a company in transition and the telephone number listed wasn't connected. I was about to give up on the reservation when the shuttle finally showed up at the airport. From that point on service was good. Getting the phone number corrected will eliminate this problem. The correct number for Orlando is 407-469-5306.
