No working telephone number at Dalles Fort Worth Airport and the office was not located in terminal, it requires two shuttle3s to get to the rental location. Additionally, they close at 4p.m. My flight arrived 3:30p.m. I did not end up renting from them because of timeline and extremely poor communications. The Airport Van Rental was a mess! They lied and said “in terminal” on Kayak listing. The Airport shuttle had never heard of them. I got two different directions on every step to get the car and return it. The car had two shatter across the windshield. The car was on empty and was told we didn’t need to worry about that. I was charged $300.00 more after booking this and I wasn’t able to get out of it. I would never recommend using this service on your search ingine.Reviewed Apr 2 2024

Our experience was absolutely awful. Pickup was an absolute mess, and getting a shuttle to the area (we were told we would get one) took multiple calls to actually come pick us up. They dropped me off at the wrong spot and I had to walk. The car itself was fine, ran good, and was clean. Drop off was also a wreck. The gate of AVS was locked so I couldn’t take the car back to where I picked it up. They wanted me to drop it off in a parking lot at the airport. The provided address sent me on a hour long goose chase. I almost missed my flight. I never found the parking lot and ended up having to leave it somewhere else.
