Went to pick up my rental at 10:00 pm on 5/12/23 and they were completely out of cars and weren’t honoring reservations. Spent $200 on a hotel and Ubers, tried again the next morning at 6:00 am and they still didn’t have any cars. Left and booked a car with another company. Scheduled car for be picked up at 12:00 weeks in advance. Arrived on time to pick up the car and was told it would be a 3 hour wait to get a car. Had to cancel the reservation. Will never use this company again.Reviewed May 3 2023

We had a 12pm appointment and when we arrived at 2pm we still had to wait 1.5 hours. Also, our vehicle we requested was not available. So we where put into a car we did not request or enjoy. And lastly, The vehicle was not cleaned at all. there was food on every surface and empty food and drink containers. We ended up vacuuming and cleaning it ourselves.Reviewed Apr 25 2023

They did not honor the reservation I made through Kayak and refused to rent a car to me. My flight from DFW to New Orleans had been cancelled, presumably because of the hailstorm and tornado threat, and I needed a way to get home to work the next morning instead of taking a rebooked flight for the next day. I had a malfunctioning car - a light that kept going on and off and lurched when accelerating. I pulled over on the side of the highway to call customer service. While I could still technically drive the car, I was concerned about it. I asked dollar to provide me with a replacement at the location I was headed to. I was told I could only receive a new car if I drove to the nearest major airport in San Antonio, TX - 90 minutes from me. I DON'T THINK SO. Then I said I'd take my chances and return the car as scheduled the following day. I was also told I could ask for a discount for the problems with the car and told I would receive a credit.
